Maybe accommodate and not overcharge

Our room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we had seven deer walk right by our window in the morning.

Breakfast was okay, in room jacuzzi was a bit dirty around the edges. My TV was missing the HDMI cable. Overall okay for 1 night

No hot, no swimming pool.problem with bath/shower.

Friendly staff, easy parking, comfortable bed, hot breakfast and a clean room - great place to stay. Price is much more reasonable than similar hotels.

Everything was great!

The staff was very polite and professional. However the hotel itself had a lot to maintain the microwave tripped as soon as turned on . The rooms AC was way too noisy I mean it was as if there is a tractor in the room . Breakfast was okay. Not many options still fresh. The property is too close to the highway as well so a lot of noise if you stay on the ground floor.

Everything was reasonably good. The room is getting a bit dated. Paintflaking in the bathroom. TV controls hard to activate

Staff was attentive at check in and at breakfast. Even asked if the room was to our liking. I've never had that happen before. Room was clean, bed comfortable and good in room coffee maker

Bed comforter had blood on it at the bottom covered by the red cover sheet, and bandaids on the floor

The coffee maker was missing from the room, so had to ask for one. fridge was nice and cold, loved the replacement of the old black out curtains with the new double blind system with light kind of see through shade and black out shade. it was much better. wish there were more available plugs or at least some sort of power part so I could plug in multiple electronics or charging plugs

Reserved room with jacuzzi tub Timer switched broken right of wall All they offered me was little discounts So canceled my room and went elsewhere This is the second time we have had this problem here They obviously know the switch was broken So why offer the room especially with out telling you about This was suppose to be a romantic valentine day hotel stay

I just like the hotel

It was not clean-hair in the bathroom- even a dirty sock left in the room. Kitchen didn’t have even the basic cooking items so it was pretty useless. Staff were very friendly and helpful though and sauna was nice
