When entering the property the afternoon before there’s a technician working on the fire equipment panel so maybe that should’ve been an indication. At 3:45 in the morning the fire alarm sounded at which time I proceeded to the lobby to confirm it was a false alarm I returned back to my room in about 10 minutes. The fire alarm went off again for three rings and stopped probably 1012 minutes after that once again, it cycled for three rings and stopped. This went on for four or five cycles by that time I could hear the PA on the fire trucks outside sometime after that I was able to fall back asleep getting up in the morning with a 900 km drive ahead of me. I was somewhat disappointed that my sleep would become fractured. When I asked at the front desk at checkout time how my day was, I felt bad for the gentleman that was at the front desk because I do not think he was aware of what had gone on during the night there was no compensation offered other than his comment of that. He was so sorry. I have stayed there previously 13 months ago with a wonderful experience other than the fire alarm, I would recommend this location, convenience for restaurants, gas and accessibility off the highway is good for a traveller looking for a room.
