체크인 해주시는 직원분은 친절하셨습니다. 저녁식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑이 없는 것은 아쉬웠지만, 옆 호텔의 레스토랑을 이용할 수 있도록 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 무료주차와 아침식사를 제공해주시는 점이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 방의 상태도 좋고, 방 크기도 넓어서 저희 가족이 편안하게 머물며 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다른 사람들에게 추천할 만큼 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

오타와 기차역에서 가까워 이용했는데 보기와는 달리 큰 객실과 쾌적함, 그리고 데스크 직원의 친절함에 놀랐습니다. 기차역 주변이라 볼것은 없는 대신 잠자리 편한 숙소입니다.

I just wish they would stop sending me away because I do not have a credit card I stayed there a week ago they put it on a debit card and there was no issue I try the second time and they said oh they don't do this it's not policy they can't do it anymore. Just accept the damn debit card what's the issue I cause no damage no harm to other people wake up you're sending people away I spend a lot of money each month on hotels and you want to turn me away just because I have no credit card shame on you.

I enjoy staying here when I come to visit my gdaughter who is at the University of Ottawa. The pool is a nice place to spend a few hours with the kids and having included breakfast on site is fantastic.

Excellent service de la par des employés,très propre et agréable,transporte accès facil et rapide,à moins de 10 minutes de centre ville Ottawa et un très bon petit déjeuner

Staff and Property were great.

This property never disappoints! It is impeccably clean. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that is included is great with lots of tables to sit at, and the most amazing staff who keep the whole area so tidy and clean. They are always willing to help, and even make your waffles for you! I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again. I especially like that the suites have a bar area, with a separate sink, a microwave, and a bar fridge.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. It made staying there a delight.

Very good facility. Room was clean and quiet. It also had a nice mini-kitchen with a sink, fridge, Keurig, and microwave in the main room. Breakfast was what you would expect at a Hampton Inn - hot eggs with a hot breakfast meat, plus continental breakfast items. Location was convenient to driving downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Comfortable and clean, early (6a) breakfast, coffee and tea anytime in the lobby. Only downside is that there is nothing walkable nearby.
