체크인 해주시는 직원분은 친절하셨습니다. 저녁식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑이 없는 것은 아쉬웠지만, 옆 호텔의 레스토랑을 이용할 수 있도록 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 무료주차와 아침식사를 제공해주시는 점이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 방의 상태도 좋고, 방 크기도 넓어서 저희 가족이 편안하게 머물며 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다른 사람들에게 추천할 만큼 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

직원들의 친절함이 단연 최고다. 그들은 어떤 요구에도 정성을 기울여 대응했다. 수영장은 매우컸고 따듯했다

오타와 기차역에서 가까워 이용했는데 보기와는 달리 큰 객실과 쾌적함, 그리고 데스크 직원의 친절함에 놀랐습니다. 기차역 주변이라 볼것은 없는 대신 잠자리 편한 숙소입니다.

Lobby, rooms and pool were clean. Rooms are spacious and have a nice counter with sink and mini fridge. There is a big mirror over top of the mini- kitchen sink and counter which helped with getting ready with a family of 4 in the room and one bathroom. Staff were great. Breakfast was a hit with the waffle making station. Coffee was ok. Walking distance (2 minutes) to the ball field where the Ottawa Titans play. There are zero restaurants or fast food places to eat at which is the biggest downfall of the hotel. So plan accordingly. We tried Lone Star, it was ok, but likely wouldnt go back. Overall, the stay was great.

All good except our rooms were not side by side adjoining. Otherwise all good.

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Grande chambre très propre. Bons services et employés très gentils. La majorité parle en anglais et français. Très belle place. * manque un peu de place pour déjeuner.

System was down when we arrived. Where put in a room that didn’t match the reservation. Had to be moved. Stayed 3 nights. Didn’t receive cleaning in day 2. Had to find someone to provide clean towels. Not enough underground parking as hotel seemed full. Had breakfast 1 morning. Skipped the other two days. Seating is inadequate when hotel is full especially with a lot of families. Toast, cereal and juice fine. Hot food was not good. Sausage patties looked grey and eggs tasted like water. Room is large, clean . Plenty of space for 4. Mattresses r ready to be changed. Squeaky.
