체크인 해주시는 직원분은 친절하셨습니다. 저녁식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑이 없는 것은 아쉬웠지만, 옆 호텔의 레스토랑을 이용할 수 있도록 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 무료주차와 아침식사를 제공해주시는 점이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 방의 상태도 좋고, 방 크기도 넓어서 저희 가족이 편안하게 머물며 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다른 사람들에게 추천할 만큼 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

오타와 기차역에서 가까워 이용했는데 보기와는 달리 큰 객실과 쾌적함, 그리고 데스크 직원의 친절함에 놀랐습니다. 기차역 주변이라 볼것은 없는 대신 잠자리 편한 숙소입니다.

Everyone was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. The only downside was the inability to lower the temperature in the room. Communicated numerous times and no one could seem to figure it out. Would be rated a 5/5 without temperature problems. Typically enjoy my stays there.

I'm disappointed because your staff lied to me and took my deposit which was never credited back to me after 3 weeks Knowing quite well that the room was in the same prime condition i met it when i checked out and i paid in full online before showing up. This is the worst I had gotten from any hotel. I usually get my credit back within a few days to a week max. Reached out to the staff that tossed me from 1 person to another only to be told that i should keep waiting that it could take up to 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks are over now, still no refund. Can't believe it.. This is daylight robbery.

Il est 22:00. Cela fait 30 min que je suis arrivée. J’ai attendu 15 minutes dans ma voiture pour pouvoir avoir accès au lobby : des voitures stationnées dans l’aire d’arrivée partout sans possibilité de sortir ou entrer. À 21:50, quand j'ai pu entrer dans le lobby pour m’enregistrer, plus de 50 personnes attendaient elles aussi. Je ne sais pas quand je pourrai avoir ma chambre.

The room was great, front desk service was wonderful, the breakfast staff worked quickly, but the breakfasts at these hotels are not great and sometimes cold.
