호텔이 성 안에 있어 위치는 좋으나 주차장은 성 밖에 있다. 17유로인가에 발렛 가능. 방은 넓고 좋으나 구겨진 메뉴를 그대로 비치하는 등 섬세한 관리가 아쉽다. 우리는 발렛으로 차를 맡겼는데 다음날 시동을 걸 때 문제가 있어 리셉션에 이야기하자 나이든 여자직원이 "렌터카에 문제가 있다면 우리한테 이야기하지 말고 렌터카 회사에 전화해라, 우리 직원이 잘못했을 리는 없다"며 무성의하게 일관함. 전날까지 이상이 없었으나 호텔 직원이 차를 옮긴 후 문제가 생겼다며 같은 항의를 계속하자 겨우 툴툴대며 직원을 불러줌. 직원이 무사히 시동을 걸어주어 문제는 해결되었으나 5성급 호텔인데도 이해할 수 없는 대처였다. 크게 나쁘지 않은 숙박 경험을 완전히 잡치는 마무리였다.

Gran ubicación del hotel

Not very often you get to stay in a fabulous Hotel found within castle walls in a medieval city built some +800 years ago. An amazing experience for my daughter and I made all that more special due to five star service and extraordinary dining and amenities. Highly recommended.

Our stay was magical. It was like stepping back in time and living in fantasy world. Carcassonne was where Walt Disney got his inspiration for Sleeping Beauty when he stayed at the hotel in the early 1950’s. Great location. Very helpful staff and great breakfast.

Hotel muito bonito, numa localização estratégica dentro da cidade murada e com boa acomodação. Até aí tudo certo, mas um hotel 5 estrelas e com diárias de alto valor, não pode ter equipe despreparada para atender seus hóspedes. A clímax do péssimo serviço foi o tratamento recebido no bar do hotel. Precisam urgentemente reciclar sua equipe de atendentes.

Very lovely location within the medieval city. Large room that probably could do with some refurbishment, as in other areas of the hotel. Staff were generally good but ordered a cab to the train station and the receptionist ordered it from the station to the hotel instead. If not for the cab driver making contact we would have missed our connecting train.

Perfect location. Many dining shopping options. Hôtel restaurant excellent. Hotel bar excellent. Staff excellent. Perfect 3 days. Well worth the money. Cannot say enough about the trip start to finish. Every person we encountered was top notch. Wonderful!!

The hotel is beautiful and the area around the hotel is also very pretty. The famous michelin restaurant was terrible, my food pigeon was really bad. Some other things were good, not for the price.

This hotel Is outstanding. The situation inside the Castle citeé in breathtaking and safe! Quietly luxurious with amazing staff. The cocktail bar is relaxing with talented bar staff. I enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu in the Michelin restaurant- the service and food were exceptional - sad to leave but I will definitely return in 2026. Merci beaucoup x

Lovely hotel in excellent location within the walled city. Our room had a unbelievably beautiful view. Beds were a little firm for my friend and I; however, we just stayed one night, so that was no big deal. Priced a little high for what they offered. Sewage odors in room, no full-length mirror. I take tub baths; soap and shampoo were mounted for showers, so every time I needed soap I had to stand up. Double vanity sinks; but soap dispenser was only on one side, so person using farthest sink dripped all across vanity.
