전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hôtel de la Cité Carcassonne - MGallery Collection

호텔이 성 안에 있어 위치는 좋으나 주차장은 성 밖에 있다. 17유로인가에 발렛 가능. 방은 넓고 좋으나 구겨진 메뉴를 그대로 비치하는 등 섬세한 관리가 아쉽다. 우리는 발렛으로 차를 맡겼는데 다음날 시동을 걸 때 문제가 있어 리셉션에 이야기하자 나이든 여자직원이 "렌터카에 문제가 있다면 우리한테 이야기하지 말고 렌터카 회사에 전화해라, 우리 직원이 잘못했을 리는 없다"며 무성의하게 일관함. 전날까지 이상이 없었으나 호텔 직원이 차를 옮긴 후 문제가 생겼다며 같은 항의를 계속하자 겨우 툴툴대며 직원을 불러줌. 직원이 무사히 시동을 걸어주어 문제는 해결되었으나 5성급 호텔인데도 이해할 수 없는 대처였다. 크게 나쁘지 않은 숙박 경험을 완전히 잡치는 마무리였다.

The Hotel de la Cite is a beautiful hotel filled with helpful and attentive staff! We loved our room overlooking the city! Thank you for a magical stay!

The medieval city of Carcossonne is amazing, like stepping back in time, and staying at the Hotel De La Cite just contributes to this feeling (although only build in 1880's). A grand, imposing building directly opposite the Basilicca puts it at the heart of the old city. Excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms and a garden that is great for relaxing in the afternoon sun.

William was an amazing host. Perfect location. Beautiful rooms. Fantastic dinner.

Lovely old hotel. With old comes one downside. Very difficult to control the heat! It was sweltering in the room even set at 15, so we left the windows open. That's the only downside. It was a great stay in a very unique location.

This hotel was phenomenal. I am well traveled, and found this to be exceptional. I was upgraded to one of the suites, where I had one of the largest balconies one could ever expect from a hotel overlooking the southwest of France. I also had another balcony in the sitting room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. One tip – you cannot really drive to this hotel. It’s hard to find, and you have to park a bit away in the parking lot and track up the hill into the walled city. .

Locate the parking outside of the city wall and have the porter drive you and your luggage in. Do not attempt to park at the hotel. Wonderful property.

Nous avons été ravi de l'état d'esprit du personnel tres a l'ecoute et en mesure de repondre à nos attentes. Un mention particuliere au personnel du restaurant et son sommelier qui ont su nous faire apprecier au mieux ce voyage gastronomique parfait.... Nous reviendrons

Gran hotel! Y un excelente servicio

The hotel is inside the walled city, right next to the basilica. As no car is allowed to drive to the castle, the hotel offers a free shuttle to pick/drop you to the parking lot where you get in/off the taxi. The hotel has a lot of history but the condition itself needs some maintenance. The view from the hotel is unbeatable and the staff are super friendly. Overall is a very nice stay. Remember to book a taxi before arrival

stayed in a nice room with a deck and view during the offseason. deck might have been bigger than the room! lovely service.
