출장이나 여행시에 이 브랜드의 모텔 지점에서 항상 숙박을 하곤 합니다. 하지만, 밀피타스의 이 곳은 정말로 숙박을 하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다. 먼저, 시설이 너무 노후화되어 있어, 카페트, 화장실 세면대 수납장, 냉장고 등이 불결하고 시끄럽습니다. 두번째, 비지니스룸에 P.C를 없애 버렸습니다. 세번재, 아침식사의 질이 상대적으로 poor 하며, 식사시간을 오전 5시30분부터 9시가지로 설정하여 조금 늦게 일어나 9시가 넘어 식당에 가면 아무것도 없습니다. 모텔주인장이 동양인이라 그런지 아침에 밥을 주는 것이 좀 특이했습니다. 네번째, 도로엽의 객실이 많아 시끄럽고 객실옆에 가로등이 많아 수면을 방해합니다. 추천하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다.

A/c dripping floor moisture not real clean

I had placed the "Please clean the room" sign before we went out, but housekeeping did not clean our room. We were out the entire day, and when we returned, the room was still not cleaned.

OK, I’m gonna start off by saying as far as the stars go it’s -10 because we drove so far away over 100 miles to get to this amazing location just to come to Avail that this property was nothing but a horror movie. When it goes to being cleanliness, I must say that the worst of the worst that can possibly be is what we seen last night completely not what we expected. The pictures were taking probably way before or by some blind person who did not see the room itself and the conditions For those who travel to this location, please be aware. This was a complete scam to the traveler. Pictures were taken probably by neighbors or relatives. They complete horror show when we walked in. We saw broken glass. The windows were absolutely absolutely cracked the front porch door the screen was ripped apart , the bathroom was nothing but disgusting hair everywhere urine trash, cleaned the kitchen and the couches were clothing on it. The dishwasher was full. The sink was full. Complete horror show buyer beware please for those who really care for their money and on top of all we couldn’t even get to the bedroom was locked and we couldn’t try to get in this place. We stayed for 7 nights in. 2nd week of July. Property , furniture, Bed, Kitchen, etc are old which i understand but this management has given many rooms to long term residents. These people are mentally ill or living on government payments. It is NOT safe as many these people will comment negatively about visitors . They have vehicles filled with lots full of boxes etc. in the parking. You would feel scared parking your car. NOT safe for kids and families Only positive was kind staff..:) .

A decent clean place to stay near San Jose

This place is a good value for the price and it included breakfast. Its clean and conveniently close to Levi Stadium and doentown San Jose. They dont have a pool or jacuzzi which would have been nice.

Rooms had a strong smell that we had to have all windows open. Stayed two night first night fire alarm went off at 5am, second day it went off at 6pm, when asked the frunt desk why they were going off them didn’t know. I recommend if traveling with family to get another hotel.

The Uniqueness itself. Staying in Hotel La Rose feels like going back in time. Happy we choose to stay at this hotel.

Check in was terrible. Receptionist claimed both of my cc were denied when it was she failing to transmit the information. Ended up first in a small room across from the elevator with a door refusing to stay shut. Was "upgraded" to a suite smelling line someone 's greasy leftover. The room was secure and quiet. Temperature control was perfect. Found another guest's hair in the shower but thankfully not on the sheets & towels. Breakfast offerings were plenty and service was speedy.

I liked the kitchenette and Hotel location. Some of the front desk staff were nice and others didn't want to be bothered, that was off putting. Overall rooms are nice and quiet.

Nice looking Hotel but Room #306 sorry mattress on the bed are terrible springs popped up Both myself and husband Could not sleep Rib Cage, Hips and Legs hurt so bad. Tossed and turned all night. The room above us noise like running back and forth. Sorry Never will stay there again And the female who checked us in mumbling could not make out what she was saying.
