깔끔하고 괜찮았어요! 넷플릭스도 되서 좋았구요. 근데 칫솔이 제가 갔을때 다떨어져서 없다고 해서 그것만 아쉽습니다!

Perfect place for going to Coachella and not spend a fortune on hotel!

I stayed one night because I was in town for work. It was a nice place to stay and very clean. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

We had a nice stay but we didn’t know that there are vicious sandstorms in Palm springs that affected our stay. We usually stay closer to the resorts now I know why. There was so much sand everywhere. The hotel was comfortable but the staff at the front desk were not friendly and unprofessional. They shouldn’t be talking about their personal lives in front of guests. Others than that, it was fine but we’ll stick with the resorts.

I was way too noise to sleep, don’t stay on the first floor, you can hear and feel the footsteps on the second floor

It was clean good location. No. Breakfast food was expensive. Staff helpful.

I few up in this area, and remember when this property was new. It was once one of the nicest in the city. I've since moved away, but come back to visit every couple of years. I've stayed here the last two visits, and can see that time has taken it's toll on this hotel. While not in horrible condition, it's definitely showing its age. The bathroom had the loudest bathroom fan I've ever heard, sounding as if it's about to blow up any second. The a/c unit in the room was mostly covered by the "pantry" (the built-in housing the mini fridge and coffee maker. The fridge didn't work, and I didn't realize this until I went to snack on some leftovers I had from the evening before, and found it to be room temperature. The bed was fairly comfortable, however the pillows, which are typically very comfortable, were flat and felt like resting my head on a a pile of unfolded laundry. The doors slam shut quite loudly which consistently woke me up throughout the night. I also wish they would provide regular coffee makers that I can use my own ground coffee with rather that the kind that use pouches. Despite all that, the toiletries provided were actually pretty good, the room had plenty of towels, the sheets seemed clean, and the housekeeping and front desk staff were very nice. I understand that upgrading and modernizing an entire hotel is expensive, but it IS Marriott. I probably won't stay there again, and likely seek out a newer hotel.

We don't have one complaint. It filled all our needs, was easy access & quiet.

We were woken at 6:10AM one morning then again the following morning at 6:30AM people liudly conversing the hallway, the outside area by the pool and spa were dirty as well as some of the walkways, staff was very good, poor facility however.

The property was easy to find , located close to the freeway and major streets and was in a fairly quiet area . The staff was nice and the coffee they provide in the lobby was a lifesaver .

Bed in main room was like one person ever slept, kept rolling into the divot. The pull out was awful.

Tuvimos un vecino escuchando música muy alta en la madrugada tardaron mucho en callarlo. Deben tener reglas más estrictas a este respecto.

Very nice, helpful staff. It’s in a safe, convenient place. Very fairly priced

The rooms are dark inside which makes them appear older and in need of renovation. Poor lighting and fixtures are a disappointment. Fix this and it would make me choose staying here again.
