My significant other and I were in town for a friend of ours and it was a great stay. The rooms are stocked with Dove products as toiletries which I really enjoyed versus brands I had never heard of before. They also had the travel sizes along with full size bottles for their guests to use attached to the wall within the shower. I was pleased with this accommodation. We also had to add an extra night the night before and had no issues just doing it straight on our hotels.com app. Great customer service at check in and otherwise we didn’t have any reason to interact with the staff otherwise. No complaint as we were both happy with our stay. I would recommend and the decent price per night was an added bonus compared to others within the area.

The hotel is older, but has a very nice pool and the rooms are very nice and clean.

Newly remodeled room- clean!

Clean and upgrades were nice. Family friendly

The manager on duty was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fine the next morning and our room was newly updated so everything was very clean and neat.

We booked months in advance and when we arrived they had given our room away. The places is under major renovations but that wasn't advertised. We were woken up at 5:45am to construction crew who had a loud van running outside. The staff said the GM scheduled for that time!

The staff were very nice! The only problem was the air conditioning unit was next to the bed and was very loud!! Otherwise it was a very nice room!

Booked a room with disability access and it was wonderful. Plenty of room in the bathroom, easy access and a bathing chair in the shower, nothing to slip on or try and get over. Breakfast was better than most motels. The room was clean, clean, clean!

Very peaceful despite being conveniently located.

The water in our room 118 smelled HORRIBLE !! Like a sewer smell. It got really bad when we turned on the water to shower ! We had to keep the door to the bathroom closed because it was making us nauseous. Probably won’t be staying there again.

When booking with Expedia we booked a double room queen bed with a picture of 2 beds-figured it has 2 beds. When checking in- we were informed that this room does not guarantee 2 beds. Our room did not have 2 beds. This was unfortunate as there were 4 of us- resulting in sleeping in the floor and chair. The staff during the day were very unfriendly-I understand it was full and very busy but there was no friendly service.

When we arrived we parked in the handicap parking space right in front of the entry door basically there around it was all icy had to be quite cautious getting out of the vehicle when we went in or use the restroom facility in attendance were quite courteous and showing me the way because the restrooms were in the pool area when I had to return my wife was talking with the receptionist at the front desk and consequently I heard that they were putting us on the second floor I questions is there an Elevator The reply was no I then went to get my luggage and start carrying it to the second floor because it was quite heavy and climbing the stairs I got the most reach the top when I tripped and fell into the corner of the Landing area up there and hit my head on the floor the attendance came and help me up and we continued and then finally someone said we should put them on the first floor which basically is what they should’ve done to begin with we had no idea what the accommodations were. It’s been five days and I still have the rug burns on my forehead where I hit the floor and a stub toe.

Dated but clean. The mini suite was nice. Expedia made me pay in advance and then the hotel charged me again. A phone call to the hotel itself resolved the issue but still annoying.
