Booked a room here for a night to attend a concert at CHI. The hotel is nice and staff friendly. The only downside to this hotel is the parking lot. Very small, and tight spots to get into. The hotel also charges $20 to park which I thought was a little ridiculous considering that we had already paid for a room. If the parking lot had been covered I could maybe understand it, but it is not. I will say, the walk from the hotel to the bars downtown is nice and short! All in all it was a good experience.

Old hospital of some sort, was close to venue in town for! Did not like parking wasnt included with room cost.

Great location, clean, safe, friendly and helpful staff.

It was a nice clean room. Close to CHi where we were headed the next day. A little disappointed that we couldn’t get a breakfast or something before leaving at 6:45 in the morning. But overall is was good.

Stay was nice. The bathroom areas need better lighting. A grab bag breakfast would be a gd idea for early morning flight goers. AND coffee should be ready by 5am in lobby

Old windows made the room cold and it sounded like I was sleeping on the street. Parking situation is terrible

Parking is a pain, paid an extra $10 per person to have breakfast, and the breakfast wasnt worth free. Stayed at the hotel across the street the last time i stayed there and they had a great breakfast for the extra $10, will stay there next time.

Awful management

The hotel is great. It is quiet which we appreciate! The only issue we had staying there this time is we were in town for a concert, staying overnight, and the hotel parking lot was full. Not sure if it was all hotel guests or if concert-goers parked there too, but they need to figure that out for their guests.

Not having a breakfast, needing to pay for parking. The room was very outdated and had an odd layout. The USB plug-in did not work and the curtains could not be shut all the way without putting something on the window sill. Beds was very uncomfortable and so was the couch, but we did have plenty of pillows. Staff was very friendly.

The location was wonderful. It was easy to find, arrive at, and depart from. The room was nice and was greatful for the fact that we did not hear the outside traffic noise at all. What I did not expect was the $20 per day parking fee for hotel guests.

The staff was exceptional. The location was great, within walking distance from many restaurants, bars and the old town marketplace.
