정말 좋았습니다. 관리도 깨끗하게 잘 되어있고 무엇보다 위치가 좋아서 어딜가든 쉽고 편하게 이동하실수 있어요.

Friendly staff and quiet property. Local bars, restaurants, stores, and local activities near by that are walkable. On site restaurant was expensive but my VIP status made up for it with the daily $30 allowance for food, 2 free drinks from the store, free bike rentals, and free tickets to the Japanese Rose Garden. Such a delightful and refreshing trip. Will be back!

Absolutely no ventilation in the rooms . Like not even a window to crack. But other than that. Super friendly staff that do prioritize your safety. But remember it’s downtown which means downtown crawlers outside that you can see as your “view”

Loved my stay

Front desk staff could be more hospitable. No lobby bathroom, however, when you get to the bathroom, it’s locked and there are no instructions on how to get in. Bathroom door is a sliding door that does not shut all the way. The ironing board in our room was bent and very difficult to use. I did like that. They provided glass bottles for water.

Excellent staff! They were friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a good experience. Room is spacious, clean, quite, and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and the room was nice

I like this property and have stayed before. The check in is a bit iffy depending upon the staff checking you in. Bonvoy status usuall gets you something, but it’s not welcomed, but something to ask for. That’s a bit odd. The M Class rooms are great with the Club to step into at anytime for a refreshment or bit of snack, breakfast. Location is great in the heart of Portland. Rooms are very clean, fresh, contemporary.

Very clean and friendly. Terrific bar. Received a free drink at the shop and $30 credit for food and drink at the bar.

Great location! Attentive staff. Modern and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay here again if we come back to Portland

$30 daily fees includes $30 credit to breakfast in their restaurant, bike rental, Japanese garden admission, and so much more. We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Only valet parking. Lots of traffic, felt hurried.
