불편하고 불결하며 당혹스런 일이 많았습니다. 마지막에는 체크아웃한 후에 30달러를 멋대로 인출해 갔는데 그 이유는 아직도 모릅니다. 소액으로 따지기도 귀찮아 아직 두고 있지만,매우 당하고 나온 느낌입니다.

방은 먼지로 가득하여 청소되지 않은 채 제공되었고 히터가 고장난 상태였기 때문에 호텔 측에 강력히 항의할 수밖에 없었습니다. 옮긴 방의 수건에서도 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났으며 전등 하나는 고장나 있었지만 더이상 항의할 기운이 없어 그냥 사용했습니다. 가격은 하루에 250파운드를 주었으니 이런 횡포가 다른 곳에는 없을 것입니다. 미리 알았으면 결코 선택하지 않았을 것입니다.

Airport access. Perfect early morning shuttle. Enjoyed the pool & sauna. Was able to purchase a swim suit. Helpful staff. Decent room.

Staff friendly and courteous. Nice room, beautiful bathroom with eco friendly containers of body wash, shampoo and body lotion. A personal bug bare of mine is the oversized bath towels, totally not required. I use a hand towel, more than sufficient.

Great check in, wonderful room, what I ate at the restaurant was okay but service was poor. They forgot about part my order and twice I had to literally get out of my seat and walk to the bar to ask for service. I was completely ignored.

Perfect, better than premier inn

Room first of all had no towels had to wait nearly an hour for them Room was freezing one small electric heater which had been switched off at the wall took all night to warm up the room even in the morning the room was cold Also no heater in the bathroom whatsoever it was like a freezer in there Rooms just seem tired & so does the hotel
