불편하고 불결하며 당혹스런 일이 많았습니다. 마지막에는 체크아웃한 후에 30달러를 멋대로 인출해 갔는데 그 이유는 아직도 모릅니다. 소액으로 따지기도 귀찮아 아직 두고 있지만,매우 당하고 나온 느낌입니다.

방은 먼지로 가득하여 청소되지 않은 채 제공되었고 히터가 고장난 상태였기 때문에 호텔 측에 강력히 항의할 수밖에 없었습니다. 옮긴 방의 수건에서도 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났으며 전등 하나는 고장나 있었지만 더이상 항의할 기운이 없어 그냥 사용했습니다. 가격은 하루에 250파운드를 주었으니 이런 횡포가 다른 곳에는 없을 것입니다. 미리 알았으면 결코 선택하지 않았을 것입니다.

Perfect, staff were lovely.

We had different rooms on different nights. The first was lovely, clean, well appointed and quiet. It came with a mini fridge and seemed newer. The other felt a bit dated, no fridge, but still quiet and clean. Lovely location to get to the airport and also close to car rentals, but would likely stay closer to city center next time

Bathroom dirty, moved room to find damp used towel on back of bathroom door. No other room switch possible. Beds uncomfortable. No hot water at the showers by the pool and pool cold. Very disappointing.

The pool was under maintenance.

Gros problème de chauffage dans la chambre et couette trop légère et petite. Je suis tombée malade. Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain banale. Je m’attendais à mieux de la marque Hilton. Pratique proche de l’aéroport.

We had a nice stay, but steam room was far too hot and falling apart

Well positioned

Clean rooms, easy check in and check out thanks to the staff, and comfortable nights sleep ahead of a long flight. Shuttles to the airport terminal are available, but we didn’t bother as we didn’t have much baggage and it was only a ~10 minute walk from the hotel. Ask for cookies 😉

Great hotel friendly staff

The airport shuttle from the airport was not easy to find. When leaving, the staff did not advise that we had to be waiting at the curb outside — we waited just inside the door. At 4am, a bus came and went without even stopping, leaving about 6 people behind! When we raised the matter with the hotel desk staff, she suggested it was our own fault that the bus departed without us. It seems unlikely we would stay at this hotel again.
