Bed too small, bathroom old/ not clean, bathroom door without lock

Very pleasant stay, staff very friendly and courteous

Front desk incorrectly added only 2 people instead of 3 for the early shuttle to airport but he took us anyway.

Other than a bit of frustration trying to get WiFi to work on a personal streaming device everything was as it should be.

Was a great place to stay before catching a plane early the next morning at the nearby airport. The on-site parking option was exceptional not having to worry about getting to another parking facility and getting to the airport on time. Will stay there again in a similar situation.

I reserved an Accessible room because I am on crutches right now. When checked in, I discovered the the curtains didn't close, requested a new room, found the curtains did not close in the second room AND the dead bolt lock on the second room DID NOT work. I was too exhausted to move again. I paid for a nice room, but are the accessible rooms left in poor condition on purpose? Why can't people who need accessible rooms expect quality, updated curtains, heating vents (look grimy), and proper conditions for what they are paying? Just wondering if this applies more to the accessible rooms than the other rooms.

The in-hotel restaurant is great. Very friendly staff.

It’s just ok. Old property with some renovations.

Very comfortable room, clean bathroom. The bathroom had a lightbulb out, which was fixed by maintenance arriving less than 5 min after I called the front desk. The bed was lovely, just right. Climate control was efficient and easy to use. WiFi was impossible to use on work computer due to security certificate issue.
