하룻밤 정도 머물기에는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 더 오래 머물고 싶지는 않습니다. 건물이 너무 오래되었고 주변 환경이 너무 지저분합니다. 가격 대비 만족합니다.

Great service from the receptionist. Very accommodating with our requests. I do find it a little weird to have to go down to reception to ask for toiletries, but not much to complain. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

There is no air conditioner 😢 really noisy if you have to open the window for some breeze air.

It was great, main station less than 2 minutes walk. Food is good. Service is good, the heater not working really well.

the room was not like the pictures, the heater was broken and it was 1 degres when I am staying, the room door can't be lock. The room staff knew that there were problems in this room but the staff waiting for the customer complaint first rather than fixing it. Very dissapointing.

The hotel location so strategic across main station and near many halal restaurants, will be my choice if I have to stay in Frankfurt.

The room look new but the furniture is old and outdated. The door hinges to balcony is broken but was not notify by the time I check-in. Since I only stay for one night so I don't even care about changing the room.
