Located just above daimaru in osaka station. Staff are friendly. Toilet flush pressure is weak. Bidet not working at all.

Hotelnya masih dalam 1gedung dengan stasiun g perlu binggung carinya. Dan ad Daimaru serta Pokemon centre di lantai 13 gedung Daimaru.

It's that average japan hotel room size. The needed furnitures and bathub were there, no complaint. Enough room for our luggage (1 large size) with the window facing to the city, it was our room highlight. Though our bed was too firm, we can still take it. The things that we appreciate so much with this hotel was 1. Luggage delivery facility was so cheap compared to the ones we found online we were so glad it was placed in the hotel reception so no hustle at all! Easy peasy! 2. Its location exactly above osaka station. We can easily find foods in the station from mini markets, cafes, restaurants, and desserts! And the mall is right below us there's uniqlo! The elders in my fam can easily getting around and find their own amusement right at the station. Though I need just to mention it here, its a very big station and a lot of crowd so it can be a bit overwhelming to get from one point to another sometimes, but you'll get a hang of it

Lokasinya bagus banget! Sangat dekat dengan stasiun osaka. Dekat mal. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Tapi harus hati-hati, karena channel TV ada yang berbayar huhu. I’ll be back soon Hotel Granvia Osaka!

Located in osaka station so you will find convi store, supermarket, don quijote in 1mins walk ! rooms is small for 2 person. I only can open 1luggage in the room. Room is clean and bed is comfortable - we booked twin bed and get 4 pillow on each bed. Compare to price and location this hotel is 8/10.

why they charge another JPY 8376 for early c in at 11:00 am and they never inform before we check in, after we check out they insist this additional charges

I stayed in those hotel for my family vacation and very satisfied with their service. I am sure I will keep coming back to this hotel 😁👍. Thank you Granvia Hotel for great experience everytime I visit 

Nice hotel, nice location, but the room was small

The front officer was not helpful, not kind, and rarely smiling. I didn't feel welcome in this hotel. There is no warmer in the room, and the make up room service is not neat. comparing the same rating hotel in Kyoto, I believe this hotel needs some improvements.

Superb location! No need to get out of the station at all. Great room very modern although small. Recommend this hotel so much!

The hotel location is very strategic just next door to Daemaru shopping centre, Osaka station which give easy access to everywhere in Osaka. However the room space is small and very hard to put big luggage and other belongings. The cleanness of this hotel also should be increased for better service for end customer
