The hotel was in a great location - it was near the venue of my brother's celebration of life. It was clean and the staff was helpful. It's also a historical hotel.

Great, old building that has been transformed into a very nice hotel. Super convenient location to walk to the art museum and Little Italy. The walls are a bit thin, but the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic!

The room is clean and easy to change temp. The hotel itself is in a great setting, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is excellent. I have stayed here twice and both times were great.

Lovely hotel, great rooms e.g. size, cleanliness, all staff were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Close proximity to Case Western where we were visiting our grandson. Would definitely stay again

I love how they have kept to the historic nature of the building. The room was large and accommodating. It felt very homey and yet had what I needed for business. The staff was lovely and helpful. And love, love, love the 1940s music playing on the first floor.

We found a couple of dead moths. The coffee Maker and cups were not clean to our standards. We could see lip prints on the cups. Also charged $17 to park in the lot…

This is my favorite hotel to go to when I’m in Cleveland.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had never used Uber before and were guided through the process in a kind and successful manner. The breakfast was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning. Our room was tended to every day with a freshly made bed and clean towels. The location was perfect. We were able to visit some of the sights nearby, which were conveniently located. Many of them were within walking distance. We were also very close to the Cleveland Clinic, which was the reason for our stay. We highly recommend Glidden House for whatever reason you're visiting Cleveland

This was a wonderful way to end a road trip of cookie cutter chain hotels. The building is beautiful, the staff is helpful, and the room comfortable. The strong water pressure in the shower was nice. It's within walking distance of several museums and the restaurants of Little Italy.

Yes, the room was very clean, spacious, and so comfortable. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Especially Louise, Patrisha and Tracy!

The staff at the registration desk were outstanding!! Friendly and helpful. As was Roger, the bellman. The other staff we encountered [lounge attendant, and event staff we saw in the halls] were not friendly. THey gave the impression that I was invisible, even when they needed to move out of the hallway for me to pass. We took advantage of the complimentary drink and had to have someone hunt down a person to help us. She was borderline rude and not engaged in any customer service. Fortunately, the check-in staff and Roger made up for the attitudes of others. Such a shame as this is a nice place, lots of character and history, and close to so many great things in University Circle.
