Very calm and comportable hotel. Simple brackfast is also very good.

Our room had some kind of gooey substance on the lower level of the coffee table and on the carpet that hadn't been cleaned up from the guests before us. The garbage disposal had straws and mini condiments containers stuffed into it. And the smoke detector in the main room was covered with a plastic bag. Since we were staying for only one night, checked in late in the evening, and there was a disturbance in the lobby that required a police presence and kept the staff busy--we went to sleep and waited until the morning to mention the condition of the room to the staff when we checked out. They did not seem concerned. Their only reply was that since we booked through a third party, nothing more was required of us and we could leave. Also, the place allows pets, which is one of the reasons we stayed here. Our dog was with us. There are signs along the grassy area to pick up after your animals, but there seem to be a lot of irresponsible owners staying there because there were dog poop all around one of the exits.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. They have cookies and a quick breakfast. Quick check in and out. However I had booked the executive suite and it had some flaws mainly on cleanliness. There was no ice machine as advertised. We had a dirty shirt left by a previous group, as well as adult diapers left in the bathroom. There was also this gross stain behind the master door. Like I said overall not bad, but the staff could be nicer and the maids can do a better job for sure. This was not the clean fancy room I expected.

Hotel was very run down and in need of remodel.

Loved that the windows opened all the way for fresh air.

We checked into our room and realized the a/c was not functioning because the actual thermostat was not attached to the wall, the door peep hole was broken from the inside and a rolled up piece of aluminum foil was stuck in there. The carpet edge between the bathroom and bedroom were seperated and you could feel the sharp stapler pins if you accidentally stepped on the edge of the carpet. We asked to move rooms when we realized the a/c was not working and were told its a known issue in that room but there isnt a maintenance person to fix it- I asked the front desk why they would book a room without a working A/C in the summertime and was told to speak to a manager in the morning. Front desk said all rooms were booked so they could not move us so we had no choice but to bear with the heat on the 4th floor at least the window was able to crack open a couple inches. The breakfast was also as awful as this place- a few bagels, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and some muffins. The customer service, condition of the room and overall stay was not good. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

The staff was very nice and accomadating. The hotel is very old and out dated. The photos do not match what it looks like in person. I freshen up would go a long way. I never took my shoes off as the carpet looked dirty and the couch was not clean either.

Horrible experience. A group of 5 of us came and reserved two rooms. First room for 2 people was fine. Second room for 3 people (my reservation) was completely screwed up! I reserved an executive suite with a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The front desk employee said those don’t exist, but that’s what I booked on Expedia. She just blamed Expedia and didn’t offer much help. After demanding a second room for free she agreed but then after about 20 minutes she tells me they have no other rooms. Finally the nice housekeeper helped us and atleast got us an extra mattress to lay on the ground. The room was also very run down with wallpaper peeling, caked on dirt in the corners of the bathroom, etc. Not what I was expecting when I booked an over $200 room in Bellevue and very dissatisfied with help and resolution I received.
