This is definitely a step up from your normal Quality Inn. However, the facility is still older and it shows. If you are in the Casper area and need a clean room and a solid breakfast, this is a good bet in the moderate price point. If you are expecting Hampton/Fairfield, this is a step slightly below.

Friendly

$50 pet fee! We've been traveling across country for a few weeks now. That is by far the highest.

People at the desk were helpful and friendly. Breakfast service person was great as was the food!

Overnight trip for a graduation. The most friendly attentive staff that I have experienced in some time. Very good breakfast.

Hotel room had a huge brown stain in the shower so we did not shower. White bedding had stains. “Complimentary” water bottles were opened and not full. Room floor was damp and smelled wet.

Two weeks from my stay and I am having trouble remembering the property. Nothing memorable about it and that is a good thing. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Can’t ask much more than that!

Staff were nice and friendly

Very friendly front desk staff. Complimentary coffee and cookies on arrival, who can complain about that? The bathroom is a bit small.

This location was spot on!! Front desk staff was amazing, and accomidating when asked if we could be main level as my brother had problems with stairs. The breakfast staff were so nice, came around asking if any of us needed refils on anything. And then my brother forgot his sweater they called us to let us know. We made plans to have it shipped to us. What an nice place.
