Older Hotel could use a remodel or upgrade. Breakfast rates a C . Reasonably priced.

Cooper was amazing, room was clean, heat didn't work. HHK let personal get over professionalism. Bed was stiff.

Rooms were clean. Perfect for an overnight stay.

HOTELS.COM Failed us on this one. I rented and paid for 7 Rooms for 2 nights 20-22 FEB. I paid with my own credit card with confirmation #72060676052140 and #72060676235504. I have already had to pay the credit card bill. Super 8 only made 5 of the rooms available to us. That forced one of our coaches to rent another room for him and his son, and forced one parent and her daughter to go to another hotel. I still have not been reimbursed for the 2 rooms X 2 nights for which I already paid. CALL ME. BRIAN. 208-989-0581

My car broke down on the way from Idaho Falls to Boise. The staff at the hotel not only let me check in early but also let me stay a bit later so that I could be dropped off by the tow truck and get my car the next morning. They are amazing!!!

We stayed for the Simplot Games, hotel is older and our window view was a cement wall, with no sunlight able to come in. The shower pressure was fantastic and the coffee from the continental breakfast was too. Staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel does not do daily housekeeping, but we were able to get towels and shampoo by asking the front desk. It’s a solid 3 of 5 place.

I booked this hotel based on hotels.com previous reviews. Wow, wish i hadnt. The positives...friendly front desk, ok breakfast...Negatives..dirty, so worn out, bedding was paper thin. I was colder under the covers. Not ideal. Would not recommend.

Room was cold & took a long time to warm up

Pricing some peanut butter in the breakfast bar would help

The staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms seemed decent. The area around didn't seem as nice. Some of the people staying there were not very pleasant. The back parking lot was not very well-lit.

I'm writing this review as someone who doesn't really prefer to stay in Super 8s or hotels/motels of this type. I have had to stay here as a last minute unexpected stop back in July of 2024 with just my kids and I. It was a decent night's stay so when another unexpected stay overnight came up, I chose this place. The price is just right for an unexpected expense. The rooms and hotel are actually very clean. There was a slight stain on one of the sheets, but it was in an area that was covered by a pillow. The bed is definitely on the firm side. The sheets are soft and the pillows vary in softness. The blanket on the bed is nicer than those scratchy brown thin things you'll occasionally see at hotels. It's still on the thinner side, but the heater makes up for any extra need for warmth! Their heater and AC work great. In fact, I'd say it works better than 80% of the hotels I've stayed at. There's great water pressure and the bathroom was very clean. My only complaint, their toilet paper is extra thin and it would've been nice if they provided an extra roll in the room already. We stayed in a double queen and the room is a very good size. The area has many other hotels around and a couple of gas stations and a couple of spots to grab food within walking distance. This area felt really safe for a mom and her 3 young kids. I definitely recommend this hotel.
