전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn DENVER EAST by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay and eat. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The front desk was also friendly and helpfull. Our room was on the 11th floor and it came with an accessable balcony. The room was oddly hot the rntire time even though we had the air conditioner running constantly. There needs to be some sort of insulation layer better than whats there that could've helped keep the room cooler.

Parking was easy, the location was great, the restaurant had great breakfast although it’s not free. We were on the 11th floor. It’s a little warm up there in the hallway which looks over a balcony all the way down which is pretty cool. Air-conditioning was great! Only thing is, in the bathroom if you take a shower, you had to leave the door open as there was no fan working in the bathroom at least in our bathroom.

Pool was freezing; hottub was barely warm and no jets, lobby/areas outside the room were hot and humid, no AC

Booked Mountain View, but we got put on second floor facing East. I called front desk and they stated they couldn't give me a refund of the difference... but they could give me points and free breakfast. We did not even stay for the free breakfast since it is a sit down restaurant and we were trying to leave early. Still no points in my IHG account that I created while I was there. The front desk gentleman was friendly, but still several issues Holiday Inn should fix. 1. don't allow bookings of mountain view if the hotel is completely out of service on that side due to water main break. 2. No refund of difference when people do book mountain view is a bit crazy. 3. still no points in my IHG account (it's been 3 days since our stay) after the front desk worker said we'd get extra points and points for our stay. The IHG website is stating we do not get any points for our stay due to "unqualified" stay ? Booked with hotels.com so maybe that has something to do with it. However, all in all, i'll probably just avoid Holiday Inn next time.

I appreciated the location, cleanliness, and the staff were FANTASTIC!

The door to the balcony wasn't easy to open.

It was very easy to find from the denver airport. Close to mile high stadium and denver zoo. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby

We liked that the hotel had a bar/resturant and pool.

There was no parking when we arrived at night and yet we were required to pay for parking!

The room service was amazing

It was really nice and relaxing. Breakfast options were great. Stayed 3 nights for Metallica and pride.

This was an OK experience. We’ve certainly been in better accommodations and the staff was very difficult to get a hold of when we need them. It was. Sufficient for what we needed.

staff was very helpful and very nice. Our room/hotel was very clean. Pool/hot tub was great after a day of hiking in the Rockies. Right in the middle of multiple places to eat and shopping.

The room it’s so hot the AC is not working very well the refrigerator it’s no working no ice in the floor

The location had plenty of restaurants around. The property itself is dated. The room was not very nice and the bathroom sucked. No water pressure and no fan in the bathroom. Very small room and bathroom. The service at the restaurant was terrible. Sat there forever and never was waited on.

Stayed in for a night. Booked a balcony view which didn’t really have a view so quite a bummer. The rooms are neat and clean. Good service.
