Hotel employees were very nice. The room was small and cold.

전반적으로 4성급은 아닌 듯함 조식이나 호텔직원분들은 괞찮았으나 침대가 너무 불편했음

일단 룸에 커피포트가 없어서 혹시나 해서 요청했더니 흔쾌히!!! 가져다 주시고 거기에 커피와 홍차까지 주심. 항상 인사해주시는 직원 분들에게 감사했음. 룸은 싱글룸이라서 좀 작았지만 난 가방 펼칠 공간만 충분하면 됨. 큰 옷장도 있고 데스크도 있고 화장실도 넓고 항상 깨끗하게 수건도 갈아주시고 치워주셨음. 침대도 편안함. 조식뷔페도 빵 종류도 많고 홈메이드 케이크가 항상 나왔는데 너무 맛있었음. 아메리카노는 큰 포트에 있고 카푸치노나 카페라떼도 부탁하면 가져다 주심. 카푸치노 먹을 거냐고 먼저 물어봐 주신 직원분 너무 친절하고 감사했음. 너무 편하게 잔 호텔. 피렌체SMN 역에서 도보 10분, 큰 캐리어 들고 초행이라면 도보 15분도 걸릴 수 있을 듯- 위치는 찾기 좋지만 피렌체 인도 특성상 좁고 캐리어 끌기 힘든 바닥들도 많으니.... 역에서 가까운 호텔을 원하시는 분들은 약간 안 맞을 수 있을 듯- 아 그리고 역에서 호텔 오는 길에 코인 빨래방 있음. 한달 정도 여행하고 빨래 좋아하는 내겐 완전 굿 이었음.

En el servicio de habitación a diario la cama solo la cerraban, no la hacían ni estiraban. La habitación daba a la calle y era muy ruidosa durante la noche. El personal de la recepción bien, nada especial. En cuanto al desayuno creo que faltaba variedad de pan y que la fruta estuviera picada, no entera.

Absolutely lovely little boutique hotel! Some lovely decor, a great continental style breakfast choice, and lovely, welcoming staff! Also a big shout out to the very friendly bar man in the bar who makes the best cocktails!

Very clean rooms, staff very friendly, breakfast is delicious. This is the second time we stay here and we love it! Will come back again. Location is close to all main attractions.

Camera pulita ma senza bidet; piccola ma comoda. Letto confortevole. Silenziosa.

Rummet vi tilldelades gick knappt att komma in i. När man öppnade dörren måste man klämma sig förbi en betongvägg. Vi klagade och fick uppgradering till hotellets största rum, ett familjerum. Hotellet uppfyller inte det som utlovas på Hotels. Det är inte ljudisolerat och erbjuder inte badrock och tofflor som standard. Städningen är ok, men inte tipp topp. Frukosten är kaos allt tar slut hela tiden. Slitet frukostrum. Lobbyn och baren är ok.

Cellai Boutique Hotel is well located, an easy walk to the city center & a reasonable walk from the train station. The room was comfortable with an efficient use of space. The breakfast included a variety of tasty options, both cold & hot. Coffee was plentiful & staff quickly replenished foods & cleaned tables which were completed. Front desk staff was similarly helpful. I peeked onto the rooftop terrace though visiting local exhibitions didn’t allow much time for sitting. The lobby bar was low key, with a wide variety of excellent spirits. There are various seating areas off the lobby entrance where one can sit & chat or read. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Florence!

Value for money and a great location. Friendly staff. Tbh a much nicer room than I was expecting. Decent breakfast buffet. I was in town for only one night and for me it was perfect.

No breakfast this time as I had an early morning flight. Having stayed there a few weeks before, the breakfast was very good. I stayed there several weeks prior and had some issues with my room and the cost associated with it. I wasn’t looking forward to staying there again but no problems this time and was happy with my room.
