수영장 예쁘고.호텔 시설도 나쁘지 않아요. 조식이 조금 짠편이에요

The property was under construction and I was unaware. I booked this trip as a quiet get away for my boyfriend and I and we were very upset at the noise and mess around the property. The bathroom and mirrors were a little dirty and our balcony overlooked a construction site. Constant noise inside and out. Plus, our tv didn’t work. We were very excited for our trip so I was upset that this was his surprise. The hotel staff were kind and checking in was easy. I understand that there was construction going on. It would’ve been nice to know before arriving.

Construction was going on and we had no idea, The work crews was working all through day in and out elevators with equipment not to mention returning next morning 5:00am to hear what sounded like fire alarm turns out to be work crew backing trucks constantly to window..Smh

Hotels.com false advertised the room they sold to me. They took pictures from more expensive room (double room) and advertised it as Studio room. When I got to Hilton hotel the management could not do anything and said to contact Hotel.com, The hotel.com did not do anything to resolve issue. The hotel itselft condition old stinky and they are remodeling and creating dust during stay.

Grundsätzlich ok, aber es war eine einzige Baustelle, Renovierungsarbeiten überall. Im Eingangsbereich, im Gym, am Pool, Stemmarbeiten neben den Liegeflächen, Müllablagetungen sichtbar bom Pool Stemm-und Bohrarbeiten im Geschossen über unseren Zimmern, da das gesamte 3. Obergeschoss saniert worden ist. Im Gym kam der Maler begann zu malen und räumte während dem Training die Sportartikel weg, sodass wir alle etwas verwundert waren !!!! Das kann alles ja passieren, aber das wir durch Expedia nicht hingewiesen worden sind und trptzdem den vollen Preis zahlen finde ich äußerst UNFAIR !!!!!!!!! Personal ist OK, auch die Küche ist OK. Wir wünschen uns seitens EXPEDIA eine Gutschrift, da wir keinerlei Hinweise auf diese Sanierungsarbeiten erhalten haben, dies jedoch in der Verantwortung dieser liegt.

Well the first room we got smelled of mold and the bathtub stopper would not work as well as the charger unit bed side and the construction noise. The second room wasn’t bad but the bathtub didn’t work as well as the charger station at the bed side. The rooms are old and need refurbishing. The pool and staff were great..

The resort looked great online and in their pictures, when we arrived there was construction all over! The hotel assigned us two rooms directly underneath where construction was ha, my entire stay was hell, dust coming down from the room from all the construction, noise at 7 am, instead of enjoying a long getaway relaxing weekend, it was a mess! I paid too much fir this type of service, treatment and inconvenience! The manager didn’t care if we were uncomfortable! I would not recommend this hotel! Its been the worse experience I have had with any hotel I have stayed in! Nothing has beedone about this! I want my money back!!

Não gostei da localização. O hotel estava em obra.Muito barulho e sujo.

The property is under construction which there is no way for you to know until you get there or from a review which is why Im letting it be known for others. Also the property does not hold the entire cost of stay on your card. They hold a little and continue to take random increments from your account yes it is more than the cost of the hotel but will be refunded eventually but that may be helpful to some travelers. Jacuzzi was not working but other than that...it was ok stay I will try a different hotel next time I return unfortunately I cant make this location my go too.

I give the stay a 3. The bathrooms need updating…the tub was rusty and the stopper didn’t work properly. Also, the vent for the a/c is so small and we had to turn the temp all the way down in the 60’s just to be able to feel it.

Property taxes as under renovation, hot tub barely worked, added fees should be waived during construction!

The property is currently under construction, but noise hasn’t been an issue. They offer a variety of services, including an hourly shuttle to and from downtown. There's also a beach shuttle that runs a few times a day and includes two beach chairs—normally $20 each per day.

Excellent hotel!!!

The hotel was in the midst of renovations so our room was not yet renovated. The hotel did try to keep construction inconveniences to a minimum. The pool and bar area was nice and the free shuttle service was a great perk.

The Property was doing much needed renovations. It should be a law that they must disclose this so you can make an informed consent if you want to stay or not. We had issues with the water in the shower the 1st night. You had to have the handle in the non hot position for hot water. The next night the water was turned off at midnight with out any notification. It was off until 3:00 am. That’s when my wife could finally wash the sunscreen, bug spray and sweat off of her so she could sleep. Because of the renovation the construction crew started with the sawsall, drills and hammers anywhere from 7:30 am -9am. The carpet was old and felt dirty. The furniture was old and dated. The plugs on all the furniture for you plug in’s for cellphones were loose. The tub had rust on each corner, chipped on top and the drain plug was not connected and the pressure in shower was weak. Not much of a place to walk your dog for a potty break. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay, NOT!
