전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles/Hollywood

It was the worst stay ever. The receptionist didn't anything. She gave me the room key cards none of which worked. And she didn't give the breakfast vouchers either. She asked me for the hilton membership info to redeem the water free of charge. Finally I am charged now. I have very long term customer of Hilton but I have never ever been pissed up with Hilton. You must avoid the receptionist, and the hotel must fire her who has NEVER helped any of us. Please let me know how to refund the water charge.

It had no bottled water in the room. First time I had such experience in hotel/ motel.

The pool was a unique location. It was well taken car off. Enjoyed that it was outdoors.

The pool looked really nice, but it wasn’t heated and there was hardly any sun most of the day when we were there, and I didn’t see any sun anytime on the pool

My stay at the hotel was basic. Not much to write home about. The one great thing i could say is my flight landed early so they allowed me an early check in. However, it costs me an additional $50. On the 4th day, we ran out of toilet paper so I called downstairs to housekeeping. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to go down to the front desk for a 2nd request. There I waited another 10 minutes for someone to bring me toilet paper. The rooms are also dark, lighting is dim. My room was poolside but there is a hill which instructs the view of the sun so even opening the curtains doesn't make a difference.

Valet broke my windshield wipers.. and laughed about it.. than housekeeping cleaned our room and took my slippers.

This is our second time here to stay the night when we have a concert to go to. This is really a wonderful place.

The place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I felt welcomed and safe throughout my stay. I’ll definitely book again.

From check in to check out staff and experience was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the gym. Room was clean and spacious. Location is great central to many attractions. Laundry on site.

Perfect spot on walking distance of the boulevard.

Love how close it is to the Hollywood bowl. You can walk there no problem. The hotel was nice. We had a broken shower head and they replaced it. The bathtub did back up though. The valet were great!!

It was a nice stay. Some room noise in the hallway but not bad.

$55 to park daily $75 deposit daily the room air conditioner was noisy, over priced for the room reminds me of a Motel 6

Nice but valet parking is expensive, the air conditioner was noisy & there were no hooks/bars in the bathroom for wet towels.
