The hotel was very well located near 13th street. It was also lined in either side with “art deco” style hotels which made for scenic walks in the vicinity. Conveniently close to beaches and a restaurant on service at all hours. One minor quibble is the fish room spaces and not always reliable elevator. But on the upside the staff went out of their way to accommodate a problem we experienced.

No air conditioning in room

The hotel was nice. The decor was unique. The service was slow, but that is to be expected in Miami in general. The restaurant was nothing special.

The property was quaint and had a lot of character. Staff was nice enough and location was walking distance to most things.

The experience was wonderful. Nice comfortable stay right across from the beach. Good location amongst everything. The mall is literally around the corner, restaurants & bars along the strip,ll last but not least there’s shops for swim wear & beach gear right in the same block. I definitely would stay here again.

A Perfect Stay on Ocean Drive I had a wonderful stay at this hotel right on Ocean Drive in South Beach. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and in the heart of all the action. The customer service was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise—great food, good vibes, and drinks. The decor throughout the hotel is stylish and inviting, with that classic South Beach charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking to soak up the Miami vibe in comfort and style!

I liked the bathroom. It was very pretty except for the fact that the bathroom door didnt close all the way and that you could peek into the bathroom. The room was quite small though

Overall, the property is great and it’s very close to the beach , the Check in staff was great and friendly. And the bedrooms are renovated very good . However, the bathroom has a sliding door which is glass when you are in the bathroom, your shadow can be seen by the person that is in the bedroom.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay would definitely go back

Amazing place!!! There is a parking garage right behind the property and only 20$ for 24 hours and 2$ an hour. Much cheaper than the valley parking(they probably just park the car there anyways. It’s a public parking garage and there were a lot of spots open the two days we went. The room was beautiful and excellent view

This is a very nice boutique hotel…. Very clean.. friendly staff… I loved the decor!! My only concern was the squeaky bed…. Good thing this was a solo trip cause ummmm that squeaking would have made me change hotels… very nice stay tho!!

Beautiful historic building in the heart of Miami south beach!

Hotel did not have AC. They offerered a small old fan that just made hot air go everywhere. Horrible stay: then a resort fee for towers and wifi? Really? Ridiculous,

Perfectly located on Ocean Drive with an old-school Art Deco vibe that feels both historic and fresh. The room was spotless, the A/C was ice cold, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. You’re across from the beach, but it still feels like a quiet escape. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a classic art deco buildings with plenty of character. The location and the staff was the best part. Age of building aside some issues I had were the need for more mirrors, barn door for the bathroom (pocket door might be better), there was only a rainfall shower head which freezes you when you turn the shower on, due to shower surround. Other than that pleasant enough. Good option for a short stay and South Beach experience.
