위치가 최고입니다. 피셔맨즈 워프랑 가까워서 근처를 걸어가기 다 편해요. 1층 로비 직원의 서비스는 평범했습니다, 딱 적절한 친절도인거 같은데 고급 호텔의 서비스를 기대하시면 안됩니다. 방이랑 화장실은 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 청결도도 좀 오래된 느낌이 나긴하지만 깔끔한 편으로 만족스러웠어요. 전반적으로 이정도 위치에 이정도 퀄리티면 꽤나 가성비 좋다고 생각됩니다.

피셔맨스워프 대로변에서 한블럭 뒷줄에 위치한 부티크 호텔입니다. 오히려 대로변일 경우 (제피어 호텔) 다소 소음에 불편할 수 있어 살짝 뒷줄로 잡았는데 위치 너무 좋았어요. 걸어서 부댕이나 피셔맨스 워프 번화가 가기 좋습니다. 객실 내부는 모던한 분위기에 매일 청소도 너무 잘해주시기는 했는데 어메니티가 거의 없습니다. 칫솔 치약 면도기 빗 등은 꼭 개인 지참하셔야 해요. (샴푸 컨디셔너 바디 클렌저 핸드워시는 있습니다) 전기 주전자는 프런트에 요청해야 가져다 줘요. 참고참고. 가장 아쉬웠던 건 높은 주차비 입니다. 일 68불에 택스 별도이니 거의 하루 10만원 입니다. 그래도 너무 친절한 발렛파킹 담당자분들 생각하면 투자할만하긴 한데 너무 부담되시는 분들은 바로 옆 퍼블릭 주차장 권장합니다.

Excellent service and cleaness. No fitness room and breakfast was expensive. Valet parking is close to $70 per day! Location is good, relatively safe area.

Overall, this stay was disappointing given the cost. The room felt dated, and cleanliness fell short — especially in the bathroom. There were also visible stains and some wear on the furniture, which made the space feel less well cared for than expected. Valet service was just okay and could be quite slow at times, even when it didn’t seem especially busy. While the staff was friendly and helpful over the phone prior to check-in, the in-person experience didn’t quite match that same level of warmth. Ultimately, the stay didn’t feel worth the price. The main positive was the location, as being so close to the Wharf was very convenient.

We absolutely love this place as locals and truly enjoy spending our weekends at Hotel Zoe. The staff is always friendly, the location is fantastic, and there’s so much to do within walking distance, it makes every stay feel easy and fun. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the parking, which feels a bit overpriced. Overall though, it’s a wonderful spot and we keep coming back.
