안전한 지역에 위치해 있고 썬트럴파크와 가깝고 지하철역도 인접해 있습니다. 5박을 했는데 룸은 새로 리뉴얼 되어 청결합니다. 안전금고 있으나 냉장고는 없습니다. 조식은 포함이었는데 로비층에 빵집에서 인당 10불 쿠폰사용하고 초과하면 별도 비용지불합니다. 바로 옆에 식료품점이 두군데 있어 초밥이나 빵종류 과일 맥주정도 등 이용가능합니다. 두곳중 호텔에서 첫번째 수퍼마켓에 초밥 맛있습니다.

위치도 좋고 깨끗합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 가격 대비 방 상태도 좋았습니다. 오래된 건물이라 고풍스럽지만 방에 냉장고가 없는 점은 감안하셔야 합니다. 궁금한 점은, 원래 호텔에서 매일 무료로 물 두 병을 제공하지 않나요? 둘째 날까지는 방에 물이 있었는데 세째 날부터는 준비된 물이 없어서 사다 마셨습니다. 한 가지 불만 사항이 있습니다. 방이 제대로 준비되지 않아서 체크인을 하기 위해 5시까지 기다려야 했습니다. 호텔 직원 말로는 성수기라서 방 청소가 늦어졌다고 하는데 그렇다면 미리 설명을 해줬어야 했을 것입니다. 사전에 공지가 없어서 저희는 2시 반부터 계속 기다려야 했습니다. 그 점 말고는 전반적으로 만족스러웠던 경험이었습니다.

고풍스런 건물에 깨끗한 숙소. 이 숙소 특가에 나온 저렴한 방을 구해서인지 구석진 방의 창문밖은 비좁은 벽만 보였지만 조용히 잘지내다 왔어요. 욕실은 약간 시설이 아쉬웠으나 깨끗했습니다. 차주전자 냉장고가 없어서 아쉬웠어요 주변이 고급주택가로 생각되었고 그래서인지 월그린 페어웨이 등 식료품점과 CVS 까지있어서 간단한 먹거리 생필품 사기 좋았고 안전한 느낌이었어요

Ótima localização, com fácil acesso ao metrô. O hotel não tem restaurante. Quarto básico, com banheiro minúsculo, inadequado para duas ou mais pessoas. Em um período de 8 diárias, tive que solicitar duas vezes que o quarto fosse arrumado, isto já no início da noite.

Staff were friendly.

The hotel is nice and the neighborhood is fantastic. The French bakery was excellent. However, the front desk was abysmal. We checked in at 3:00 and were told to wait in the lobby for a few minutes while the clerk checked to see if the rooms were ready. 40 minutes later we returned to the desk to find that she had forgotten about us. We called two days before and were promised rooms across the hall from each other. That request was completely forgotten. I realize mistakes happen but the front desk was unapologetic and couldn't have cared less. There was no toilet paper in the lobby restroom and the maids did not replenish the toilet paper in our room. We were unimpressed to say the least.

Excellent staff assistance, classic well maintained hotel, excellent king bed. Great neighborhood, of course with two subway stops within a couple of blocks.

Beautiful property, conveniently located and plenty to do around it.

The location is wonderful. I found the room to be very noisy and corridors very noisy and narrow. Otherwise it was a pleasant hotel. Rooms and bathroom on the small side but clean and up to date facilities

The hotel overall was OK. Concierge was great. The cafe was great. However, the bathroom was in need of repairs and I could not sleep due to the constant door slamming coming from other rooms. I rate it as a nicer than average traveler hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel and property. The bar Allure was to have been a restaurant as well, thus, would have increased its value and appeal. Difficult to get a simple cup of coffee. Need to fix this problem. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The price is very good for the cleanliness for the air conditioner that worked perfectly! Compared to their competitors just north of them . . . I will never use their competitor again despite them being cheaper! Definitely worth the money as far as New York goes

My wife and I were in town for the US Open. The check in was efficient and the staff provided discount voucher for the adjacent French bakery. We enjoyed the room layout and high ceilings which made the room feel bigger. The water pressure in the shower was top notch. The concierge and doormen were highly professional, effective and courteous.
