The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The window was dirty, and the room looked old and poorly maintained, with stains on the floor. Worst of all, there was no hot water, we couldn’t even take a shower. When I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout, the woman said she didn’t answer the phone because she was with another customer (i called a few times). So if I had an emergency, I would’ve been left with no help. That’s unacceptable, thanks God it was not. As for breakfast, the service from the man was great, but they forgot my husband’s coffee and didn’t give him the extra crispy hash browns he specifically asked for. I had the continental breakfast just toast with no butter, not even on the side. The fruit was also too hard to chew. Definitely not worth the price. Would not stay here again.

I believe this would be the better hotel to stay in for the price however the beds are not comfortable

property is in need of a remodel. Stuff is used and tired. The pool had no seating around it, except one broken chair. Sad!

Hotel staff was awesome, very customer focused!

The seat of the office chair in our room was ripped & very worn. The towels at the pool were torn & stained. There was a folding to sit on at the pool along with one metal in the hot Az sun along with one worn, stained patio chair. We were told the hotel is getting an upgrade. Perhaps having some pool lounge chairs, decent towels & no office chair at all would be an upgrade before the upgrade!

The rooms are clean, but very dated. Great bar and bartenders. A nice little pizza place across the parking lot.

I might have given 4 stars if it were not for one weird incident: At check-in, I was given keys to a room that was already occupied! First time this happened in over several hundred hotel stays in many countries over three decades!!! I can't imagine how this could have happened in these days of computerized systems. Otherwise, staff were friendly, free breakfast was served at the table with decent selections.

Amazing gentleman at the front desk. Thanked me for my service upon seeing VETERAN on my ID. Continued to ask about my service and thanked me for my tours to Afghanistan. Truly a caring man who loves helping people. Every person who walked by during our interaction was asked how their room was. He told me when live music starts. Just amazing. Thank you, sir.

My stay was ok, bed was comfy but could hear a spring or something. Refrigerator and AC were super noisy. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and throughout the hotel. I guess it’s the carpet. It was dirty! Shower was awkward! This hotel is outdated. Breakfast needs to be looked at. We had dinner, not too many choices. I had tacos not good! Tortillas and carne asada were hard!

Great place. Breakfast was the best hitherto free breakfast we’ve had. Employees were kind and friendly. Love love it

I went there before check in time to make sure everything was ok and the clerk (a woman) told me even before I said anything that my room was not ready and will be ready at 3pm or later, that she would call to let me know. Never called, we checked in at around 5:30pm with a friendlier person. Saw the same clerk this morning and didn’t even say good morning. Honestly, not a good vibe

Room cockroaches and silverfish. It was gross. Had to get a different room.

Very quiet, convenient parking and nice restaurant with good staff.

Excellent property

Nice room. Staff great. Only suggestion would be for pool area. Need more chairs and the lighting is poor around hot tub.

It is a good service and kind people. Shoud be better some little updates; for instance the AC was noisy, one of the chairs looked very old.

Great place for birding

The reason you stay at a hotel is to have a nice place to sleep, so I hope they will take my review of my bed seriously and replace the mattress. Rm. 121, bed by the window: mattress was so worn that when you sat on it your butt hit the hard platform the mattress rests upon, both sides! Otherwise the place was fine. And the ice machine on the first floor was out of service prior to our arrival and was still not working when we left 3 days later and the coffee machine in the lobby only gave weak yucky tasting coffee, not drinkable even with cream and sugar. Definitely needs an upgrade to better option. Free made to order breakfast was nice but limited in selections. Staff was excellent!

Seems to have declined in service

Staff report they requested pool furniture over a year ago and corporate hasn't complied. We chose this hotel for the pool due to temps near 100s but what a drag..spent vacation in an old room. The place needs revamped and I want a refund. Plus hire a maintenance person.
