It was ok to stay there

18일 숙박 후 출장이 종료되는 시점까지 연장했습니다. 굉장히 조용하고 좋습니다.

The staff was very kind!!! And The room was very clean! If I visit San Jose again, I will stay here.

Hotel is clean and practical to stay. Everything is fine, but if you don't cook, kitchen stuffs would be overhead.

2월에 일주일 정도 출장이 있어서 숙박을 했습니다. 일단 호텔의 위치는 괜찮습니다. 바로 앞에 대학교와 경찰서가 있어서 안전에는 문제없습니다. 저는 차를 렌트를 해서 대중교통을 사용하지는 않았지만 바로 앞에 기차역과 버스정류장이 있어서 이지역의 시내나 샌프란 시내로 나가는데도 편할것 같습니다. 객실의 상태또한 굉장히 만족스럽습니다. 호텔 특성이 강아지를 같이 지낼 수 있어서 지내는 동안 옆방에 이틀정도 강아지 때문에 신경이 쓰였지만 호텔 직원이 해결해주려고 노력하는 모습이 아주 친절했습니다. 이게 신경쓰이신다면 체크인할때 피해달라고 부탁하시면 될 것 같습니다. 방에 가스레인지, 전자레인지, 냉장고가 있어서 장기간 투숙시 아주 유용할 것 같습니다. 방과 화장실도 넓어서 답답한 느낌도 없습니다. 일주일에 한 번 객실을 청소해 주는데, 저는 개인적으로 사람이 들락거리는 걸 싫어해서 시트와 수건만 갈아달라고 했습니다. 여행기간 내내 호텔에서만 지내시는 게 아니라면 이게 더 편하실겁니다. 와이파이도 쓸만합니다. 기본적인 인터넷 사용 속도에 크게 불편은 없었습니다. 책상이 넓어서 아주 편합니다. 세탁실, 헬스장, 편의점? 들이 작지만 알차게 있습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 유용한 호텔입니다. 다음출장에도 다시 사용핧 의향있습니다.

칼트레인 역이 가까이 있고, 버스로 바로 인텔뮤지엄까지 한번에 갈 수 있어서 렌트나 지인의 운전없이 다니기에는 최적의 장소 였습니다. 그리고 주변에 산타클라라 대학교 근처에 맛있는 식당도 몇 몇있어서 좋았어요. 호텔에서 쓰는 향수가 조금 독한 느낌은 있었어요.

Clean and spacious room

When we checked in our deposits was 250, way more than the actual room. When we booked, it said all fees included witch was not true. The last place we booked through the app was only 20 dollar deposits. We also got a different room and had to pay extra to get the room we originally booked.

Good

A good TV is kind of important to me as I like to relax and watch TV after work. The TV is very outdated. Other than that, the staff and location is very good.

Rooms old and dated, but somewhat OK, but there were people on the floor above us jumping up and down and making lots of loud noise both nights were were there, and other people also staying there said the same thing in different parts of the hotel.

Would appreciate more modern/slightly bigger tv. Might be good investment at least for longer stay studio. At least the one I stayed at (room 142) was average.

Clean rooms and kitchens with friendly staff and near PayPal Stadium for Earthquakes games.

There was no hot water for a shower, but only lukewarm water.

If you are a long term stayer, it's pretty good value for the location. The front desk is usually very responsive and helpful except in the middle of the night sometimes. The rooms are nice. The amenities are okay but the location is top tier. You cannot have a better hotel location.

Location was nice, shared in a small strip mall directly across from Santa Clara University, next to the train station, but noise level was very low. Quiet and comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom sink and tub were stopping up. Stayed 2 nights very comfortably as a solo traveler. Overall, felt like sraing in a studio apartment, which I loved. Would stay again.

Although the hotel was next to a train station it was mostly quiet. What was noisy was the old AC unit. It sounded like a motorcycle when you turn it on. Room smelled like Pine Sol so we tried to open the window to air it out but the windows could only open partially

The property is located close to the Santa Clara Caltrain station and opposite to the Santa Clara university. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are a couple of cafe options next to the hotel and it is not too far from the San Jose airport. They have parking space as well.

They charge me twice the amount I supposed pay all they said is that that was a mistake and my money was on hold for 10 days also they make an extra charge for 196 that it was return back 13 days latter the worst experience no apology no explanation terrible

At the time of our stay it was either newly being finished or just upgraded as the onky thing not available was the dining/breakfast area. Other than that we have stayed multiple times and recommend to our family and friends.
