위치 좋고 숙소편리하고 방음도 잘 되고 엘리베이터 레트로풍 로비에 네스프레스 머신도 사용편리했어요. 위치가 제일 좋아요 방도 넓고 젛아요

스탠리공원 근접한 곳에 위치해 있어서 공원에 가기 좋음 데스크 직원은 정말 친절함 다시 밴쿠버에 온다면 다시 머물고 싶은 최고의 가족 숙소 입니다. 모든면에서 아주 훌륭합니다!

호텔 위치가 좋습니다. 깔끔하고,조용한 편이며 직접 요리를 해 드시는 분이라면 추천하고 싶습니다. 스탠리 파크가 바로 옆이라서 혼자서 산책하기 좋습니다. 그리고 롭슨 거리도 가까이 있어서 장보기나 쇼핑하기도 좋습니다.

일전에 밴쿠버여행갔을 땐 bucha* hotel이라고, 위치는 좋으나 샤워실이 없고 룸 자체는 굉장히 좁지만 6개월전에 예약해서 거의 1박에 50불정도로 묵었었다. 그때 너무 좁아서 컵라면 먹을 공간도 없었던 기억에 이번엔 suites로 예약했는데 극과 극의 경험이었다. 좀 낡았지만 침구는 정말 편안했고 아파트처럼 넓은 공간에 조리기구가 완벽했다. 단 흠이라면 밤에는 와이파이연결이 현저히 약해졌다. 그외에는 stanley park, english bay가 다 가까워 좋았다. 다만 공항에서 택시타고 올 때 Denman street를 경계로 가격이 달라지는데 그것땜에 6불쯤 더 냈다. Downtown보다 english bay나 stanley park에 집중하려는 경우. 최선의 선택일 듯. 단 가격이 좀만 착하면 더 좋을 듯 ㅎ

초등 아이 둘 데리고 가족여행차 3박을 했습니다. 일단, 주차시설은 최악. 주차비도 세금제외하고 1박당 25 캐나다달러. 주차비 따로 받는 경험이 처음인데다 주차장도 너무 협소하여 첫날 너무 황당했네요. 지하주차장에 주차할려면 체크인항너 주차장 키를 받아야 들어갈 수 있음. 그러나 현관문은 늘 잠겨있어으로 체크인 할려면 현관에서 폰으로 연락해야합니다. 다만, 낡은 시설이어도 청결한편이고 주방시설이 잘 갖춰져 있고 주변이 쾌적하여 숙소에서 식사하며 아이들과 지내기에는 나쁘지 않았습니다.

아주 낡은 호텔입니다. 카페트나 객실 가구들도 아주 낡아 있구요. 직원들은 저녁 6시면 퇴근을 합니다. 이후 시간에 프론트데스크에 연락할 일이 있으면 비상시 연결하는 전화번호를 줍니다. 타월이 더 필요해서 프론데스크에 전화했더니 메시지를 남기라는 기계음이 들릴뿐, 메시지를 남겨도 대응이 없었습니다. 스탠리파크와 가깝고, 걸어서 주변 음식점에 갈 수 있다는 장점을 빼면 굳이 권하고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다. 모든 객실에 오븐과 냉장고를 갖춘 부엌이 있다는 점은 장점이지만, 근처 음식점에서 사 먹는게 나을것 같아요

환기가 잘안되어 입실시 음식냄새가 ㅜㅜ 주변 환경은 굉장히 조용하고 공원도 가까워 산책하기 좋음 덴멘, 데이빗 스트릿 가까움 매트리스가 소프트 라텍스 인듯 잠자리 포근함은 최고였음

A bit dated, but has the same vibe as Vancouver. Very close to groceries, restaurants, Stanley Park, and beaches. Gives a good feel for Vancouver.

스탠리파크에서 가장 가까운 룸2개와 주방을 갖춘 숙소입니다. 건물은 오래되었지만 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 체크인 스탭과 하우스키핑 스탭등 제가 만난 스탭들은 친절했고, 예약관련 사항은 Hotels.com 메세지함을 통해 원활히 소통할 수 있었습니다. 데스크 직원은 낮시간에만 상주하는 관계로 레잇체크인인 경우 미리 알려서 별도 안내를 받아야 합니다. 집처럼 편안한 휴가였습니다.

The location is excellent. Close to the restaurants and the beach but a relatively quiet street. The building is old but well maintained. The unit was very clean and all necessities are provided (toiletries, kitchen items and towels). The unit was also spacious for our family of 5. The only downside is that the unit is very dated so the kitchen and bathrooms are very old with obvious wear and tear and the tile floor and carpeting also old, albeit clean. Thank you to Kent for being so responsive when we had an issue with checking in after hours, as our flight was very delayed. The service was prompt and courteous.

We had a great stay at the Rosellen Suites. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. There were a couple of minor plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms. While they were not major problems, we would not expect to encounter these kinds of issues at a hotel in Vancouver. One thing to be aware of is that there are a few stairs between the parking area and the suites. Normally this would not have been an issue, but we were traveling with an elderly family member who had difficulty using the stairs. There are not many steps, but they presented a challenge for us. We also found the parking area to be quite tight. The parking stalls offer very little room to maneuver, making it challenging to park and exit the spaces, especially with larger vehicles. We found it was easiest to park upon arrival and then leave the car there for the duration of our stay, using public transit or walking to get around. Fortunately, the hotel's excellent location makes this a practical option. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent location and outstanding customer service.

So close to Stanley Park and and English Bay we could walk everywhere

The property is kind of run down

The size and layout was perfect for our family of 4 adults, 2 children. There are fans and a portable AC unit that kept the suite comfortable on the hot day. Certain things need attention and management was advised. I assume these will have been addressed by now - dishwasher did not drain properly, the electric toaster didn't work and the door knob to the main bathroom was loose.

Spacious appartment, perfect location. We didn’t have a renovated place but it was clean and confortable.

I went with 4 friends to a music festival. We stayed 3 nights at Rosellen suites and couldn't have been happier. Nice neighborhood and a perfect place to socialize with friends. We were upgraded free of charge to the king suite which meant we all were very comfortable indeed.

My truck didn't really fit in the alley parking.

Staff is helpful and we had a clean room. Our family enjoyed it.
