Shower was dirty, under bed hasn’t been cleaned in forever, there was trash under it. Other than that everything else was clean and it was a place to lay our head for the night. Wouldn’t go back.

It had roaches

Headboard had a big gash in it and room felt dirty and had an Oder had to go out and buy a candle. This place is my last resort from here on out.

Room had bugs and roaches. Missing furniture- no chairs or table. Could only set on bed. Floor was filthy feet and socks turn black.

The room is not that nice. The bathroom is old, dingy and has was looks like mold. We saw 2 bugs in the bathroom and the tub to the shower is very dirty. We did not use the kitchen, but there is one.

This was the WORST experience ever. When we approached the check-in desk the clerk told us to leave, that this hotel was GHETTO and that she would not let her parents stay here.

I am disabled and there is no elevator. Nothing on first floor. Desk clerk said this hotel is more for those needing long term stays. I was only staying 4 days. I felt I was encourage to move on, so I did.

Staff makes you feel unimportant and the room has roaches

Room I stayed in wouldn’t be fit for homeless under government standards.

Yes, our room was very nice. Staff was very courteous to us. Very quiet hotel definitely would stay again.

llegue y por primera ves en 45 años que hago viajes turisticos me encontre el lobby cerrado hora: 11pm tenian un telefono en la parte afuera para asistir llame al otro lado de la linea me atendio una mujer grosera y de mal gusto y me dijo asi de sencillo que el hotel estaba lleno ocea .e dejo afuera le explique qut yo tenia una habitacion recerbada para 2 dias me dijo que no le importaba que me comunicara con la agencia que hise la reservacion osea que mi habitacion recervada quisas por la demanda fue vendida a un precio mayor.

Bed was Ok but floors were filthy. No cups, dishes, shampoo, etc. Most people appeared to be living there permanently.

I did not get a room. They have one with two beds. That’s what I need it so I had to go somewhere else and I’m waiting on my refund to come back to my account.

Room smell so bad and roaches everywhere. Bed was filthy. No one ever stepped inside to clean the room. We got another room and it was worse. Smelled moldy and tub was filthy and rusty. I don’t recommend this place to no one.

Room floor looks as if it had not been mopped in a very long time. Tub clogged, toilet does not flùsh properly and showerhead holder broken.Wall has dirt/smùdge streaks. Ɓad experience. Staff friendly though.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. No elevator, no baggage trolley. The room was ok, bathroom needed to be clean better. Will not stay here again

People hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot till the wee hours. Cops in the parking lot for that reason and other reasons. Roaches galore and I do mean many, many roaches. Roaches on the bed, in the shower/sinks/on the ceiling. Room smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke. Super uncomfortable bed. Couch clearly chewed on by an animal. Dresser had stickers all over it from a child. Black mold around the rim of the shower, roaches crawling in and out of that.
