It is not like the pictures at all, smelled funny charged more deposit than they advertised. Definitely not what they are offering stay away

The counter help was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was dirty and bug ridden.

We had late check in and front desk lady was very nice. However, there was someone in the next room or below that was using a power tool cutting something and this was at midnight. We called and reported it they did stop. There was also a bunch of people outside at this hour too looking through our vehicle through the windows and just a lot of activity of cars and people in the parking lot. Didnt really feel safe and my man couldn't sleep for a while because he was worried with the people outside by our car. I wouldnt recommend for anyone not locally.

Room was clean, rusty on appliance and cabinets and drawers were screwed shut.

Not worth the price place was dirty, loud noises , and seen cockroachs

Just a really dirty room and there was a homeless guy near my building and just felt unsafe

Guy at the desk tried to charge me a 2nd time for the room. Not the deposit, the room itself. I explained to him twice that I was already charged. He kept insisting until I showed him my bank statement that showed the Expedia charge. Educate your employees please.

Our room smelled overwhelmingly of marijuana. I asked the front desk to change our room, but they told me there were no more rooms available and that they could only offer a refund. At this point, I can't book another hotel to spend the night The condition of the room is a disgrace. The fire alarm doing periodic noises.. Very bad experience booking though Expedia

They only clean the rooms every 14 days, The screwed up my reservation, overworked staff.

The host where good. The room was dirty roaches on counter and walls. Bath tub wasnt cleaned right still had a ring. Stove and sink was dirty also the refrigerator.

False advertising.

Entry to the lobby requires a call on a service phone, even before 8pm, when I checked in, the exterior is not kept well (old, dirty welcome mats, a flip flop, dirty screens, trash, etc), my non-smoking room reeked of smoke, the paint was cracked, rust on the whole side of the refrigerator, dirty bathmat, not one spoon, cup plate anything in an extended stay hotel (but I think you could request things), my last morning there was a huge cockroach in my room and then there was no one in the lobby for check out Their desk hours don’t start until 9 during the week, 10 on weekends and no one seemed to be on call - not at all helpful.

My flight landed at midnight, and by the time I got to the hotel, there was no personnel to assist me. The doors were closed, so I had to book a different hotel to spend the night at.

My stay was wonderful 👍👍 for Max and Tony wonderful service I will come back and tell a friend only if Max and Tony are there!!! God Bless them🙏🙏❤️❤️

It was smelling like marihuana, the room was not very clean. Too much people walking around and made me feel unsafe, not breakfats was serve even though it said in the reservation. Poor communication staff.

Everything was fine except there was a German cockroach in my room that ran down my wall near the bed and kind of grossed me out
