제가 머문방은 주방시설이 있어서 음식을 해먹기는 좋았으나 아침식사는 주는게 아니라 머핀과 과자를 가져다먹는 시스템이었습니다. 시설이 약간 오래된 느낌이었지만 직원들은 대체로 친절했습니다.

Customer service

This is not a clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff was nice and helpful when asked. But that is where the positive experience ended. The bath tub looked dirty and had running water that could not be turned off. The smell of the place was not pleasant and this is not a part of town that felt safe. The walls and phone and many other places we caked with grime and who knows what. I would be fine with all of this if I was paying $45 for a night but I paid $170 a night. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

The sheets were dirty with hair and stains the shower had hair all over in it and the floor was so dirty .. will never stay there again. The location was good

Be nice if the rooms have usb ports to charge things

The lady weekend desk clerk was extraordinarily personable and engaging. She was the best. The adjacent Chic fil A can be a hassle at times but other than that, Sugarhouse is a wonderful neighborhood. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Was very dirty and the smell in the room was terrible i booked 17 day and only stayed 1 night

The bathroom tub faucet was leaking. It was annoying.

Just don’t. Unless you’re on a severe budget, this place is literally for homeless types staying there, living. I’m so sorry. If you’re middle to upper class, just do not stay here. If you’re usually comfortable at a Hilton, Marriott or higher, do not stay here.. ex; a guy had 2 Pitt bulls walking them and chaining them outside. I don’t know what I was thinking. I wanted to be close to my daughters. But no.. no no .. don’t stay here.

Over all rooms are decently updated. Spacious rooms. Nice staff! However, I booked my room a week prior to stay - upon check in we were told our room was not available yet. They informed us the room still needed cleaning - due to being short staffed. It was slightly inconvenient.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the unit included a kitchenet. However, after two uses the shower became unusable. The staff informed me that corporate didn't want to make any repairs because they were going to renovate the facility. The staff were courteous but they didn't offer me another room.

Close to Sugar House amenities and I-80. Rooms were very dated; my room had a urine smell (they allow pets).

Could havebeen a little cleaner on the walkway

The green space adjacent to the property is a real plus! Also, a large park and many shopping options are within easy walking distance. On the down side, the water in the shower wasn't hot enough regardless of how long you wait for it. There were also tiny black bugs of some kind in bathroom and kitchen area... wherever there was water... not a lot of them but a few.

Still has lots of trash in surrounds building night staff was great day staff seemed bothered breakfast wasnt even appealing

I was traveling very late in the evening. I was so tired from driving in winter road conditions. When i arrived and tried to check-in to my room I wasxturned away by a rude front desk associate. The reason was that they do not accept debit cards. My card has been good enough for every other hotel chain I have stayed with. It is from one of the major financial institutions. No its 2qm and im looking for another hotel. Never again...

We arrived and were not allowed to check in or cancel our booking. There was nowhere printed on any site that they only accepted credit card and they would not take debit or cash. But after not letting us cancel our stay they happily charged me for a no show fee.

They would only give us one key. Very unprofessional
