Quality of stay with affordable cost

It was fantastic and gorgeous

에어컨 소리를 제외하고는 다 좋았어요. 에어컨의 큰 소리때문에 자다가 깰 정도.. 수리나 교체가 필요할 듯...

공항까지 가까워서 좋았습니다. 그리고 주방이 딸린 호텔 방중에 이렇게 실제로 모든 조리기구가 다 있는 방은 처음 본듯합니다. 사용하지는 않았지만 사용시 유용할것으로 생각합니다. 그리고 조식이 잘 나와좋았습니다.

호텔의 외관에서 주는 편안함도 좋지만 객실 안은 더욱 깔끔하고 편리하게 되어 있습니다. 비지니스맨들도 편안하게 이용할 수 있게 간편하지만 깔끔한 아침식사도 제공하고 직원들도 편리하며 친절합니다. 이곳이 다소 대중교통과 먼 곳이기 때문에 5마일 이내의 거리는 직접 무료 밴서비스로 라이드해 주는 서비스는 무엇보다도 차 없이 혼자 여행하는 여행객이나 가벼운 외출을 하려는 등의 여행자에게는 큰 도움이 됩니다. DULLES 공항과는 약 10분 정도의 거리이고 현재 전철을 공사해서 개통하려는 중이므로 만약 공항전철이 생기면 더욱 편리한 이용 공간이 됩니다. 주위에도 그렇고 RESTON TOWN CENTER에는 다양한 맛집이 있어서 심심치 않은 여행이 될 것이라고 생각됩니다. 이번 여행은 뉴욕 등의 번화한 도시에서의 여행 이후 개인적인 업무를 위해서 비교적 장기간 투숙하게 되면서 고른 숙박시설이었는데 생각보다 훨씬 편안하게 생활하다가 오게 되었고 현지 음식이 먹기 싫어지면 객실 안에서 직접 식사 요리를 해 먹을 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 겨울이라서 실외 수영장과 바베큐장을 이용하지 못했던 점이 아쉬웠고 실내수영장을 만들었다면 더할 나위 없이 완벽한 숙박시설이지 않았을까 하는 생각이 들었습니다.

편한 숙박..맛난 조식...좋은 입지조건...더 이상 요구할 것이 없습니다.

Love the layout of the suite. Beds were not comfortable but everything else was perfect!!!

We enjoyed the size of the room, parking is easy, location was great, karaoke night looked like tons of fun, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately someone vomited 4 times in our hallway and elevator and it took 3 hours after being reported to the front desk to be cleaned up! Really not okay that everyone in the 4th floor had to walk around it on their way to breakfast. Also, our toilet was broken on check in and they never sent anyone to fix it and suggested WE go to Home Depot and buy a plunger. No change of room was offered or any compensation. If they had fixed these things, I would have recommended but that was very disappointing.

room gets cleaned once a week. staying for 3 days have to use same shower towel. shower towel does not get dry before the next shower. bathroom shower was leaking all night make water noise. hard to sleep.

Air-conditioned in the room makes louad noise and I was told nothing they can do. Cleaning is also not available on weekends.

I was really impressed with the rooms I stayed in for the price of the room. Each was a mini suite with a full (mini) kitchen, king-sized bed, and pull out sofa bed. I needed a lot of accommodations as my sister got sick when we arrived and I had to move to a different room. Service was excellent.

The room suite was great and clean

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. On the third day we had a problem with the toilet not working and the cold water wasn’t working from the bathroom faucet. It was late and I called front desk who said they would call maintenance and get back to us. They called back and asked me to check again and it was still not working. They said to wait about an hour and try again. Because it was now 10 pm, I went to lobby and asked them to put us in a new room which they did. It was an inconvenience to say the least.

Not well kept. Noisy rooms and no housekeeping for days together. The place is old and there are better options around the area for similar price.

Great to have a suite option with 2 separate rooms and a full kitchen + living room. Building showing its age but well maintained, clean, and quiet/comfortable. Really good option for small family stay

Clean for a change from most hotels today when traveling….It is older and needs some updating but there wasn’t any mold in the bath/shower, towels were SOFT and sinks and toilet were clean….Bed was comfortable….

Breakfast

The staff was very friendly and helpful for my stay. Ivan wheelchair and had one of your accessible rooms. I appreciate the rolling shower, however, the bench that's in the shower couldn't go all the way upright because of the grab bars. The hose for the shower head was too short to rinse off completely. Also it would have been nice if the door closure could be set at a lighter setting. Thank you again for listening. I do appreciate the effort you did to make through accessible. I'm hoping my suggestions will make this room in other rooms even more accessible for people with in wheelchairs.
