Quality of stay with affordable cost

에어컨 소리를 제외하고는 다 좋았어요. 에어컨의 큰 소리때문에 자다가 깰 정도.. 수리나 교체가 필요할 듯...

공항까지 가까워서 좋았습니다. 그리고 주방이 딸린 호텔 방중에 이렇게 실제로 모든 조리기구가 다 있는 방은 처음 본듯합니다. 사용하지는 않았지만 사용시 유용할것으로 생각합니다. 그리고 조식이 잘 나와좋았습니다.

호텔의 외관에서 주는 편안함도 좋지만 객실 안은 더욱 깔끔하고 편리하게 되어 있습니다. 비지니스맨들도 편안하게 이용할 수 있게 간편하지만 깔끔한 아침식사도 제공하고 직원들도 편리하며 친절합니다. 이곳이 다소 대중교통과 먼 곳이기 때문에 5마일 이내의 거리는 직접 무료 밴서비스로 라이드해 주는 서비스는 무엇보다도 차 없이 혼자 여행하는 여행객이나 가벼운 외출을 하려는 등의 여행자에게는 큰 도움이 됩니다. DULLES 공항과는 약 10분 정도의 거리이고 현재 전철을 공사해서 개통하려는 중이므로 만약 공항전철이 생기면 더욱 편리한 이용 공간이 됩니다. 주위에도 그렇고 RESTON TOWN CENTER에는 다양한 맛집이 있어서 심심치 않은 여행이 될 것이라고 생각됩니다. 이번 여행은 뉴욕 등의 번화한 도시에서의 여행 이후 개인적인 업무를 위해서 비교적 장기간 투숙하게 되면서 고른 숙박시설이었는데 생각보다 훨씬 편안하게 생활하다가 오게 되었고 현지 음식이 먹기 싫어지면 객실 안에서 직접 식사 요리를 해 먹을 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 겨울이라서 실외 수영장과 바베큐장을 이용하지 못했던 점이 아쉬웠고 실내수영장을 만들었다면 더할 나위 없이 완벽한 숙박시설이지 않았을까 하는 생각이 들었습니다.

편한 숙박..맛난 조식...좋은 입지조건...더 이상 요구할 것이 없습니다.

The facility was clean but very beat up. Items in the room were broken. Breakfast was the standard "free" breakfast. The selection of snacks for sale at the front desk was very inadequate. For the price, I would not stay there again.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location

The room was spacious but definitely not new… everything seemed old. Some lights didn’t work, a fire alarm was missing from one of the rooms. The breakfast was one of the worst I have had at a hotel. Went and got coffee after we left in the morning and didn’t event attempt breakfast there on day 2.

Breakfast could be improved. Shuttle within 3mi radius was a plus. Safe area. Very pleasant staff.

The suites were perfect, comfortable and clean. We were able to speak directly with the GM Wanda who happened to be on site. We were treated and Greeted just like we were part of the Hyatt family. The hospitality was amazing. The continental breakfast was very feeling and one of the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. We had a full gym where we were able to work out and enjoy karaoke right after this was one of the best stays ever.

Staff are always smiling

Clean hotel, massive rooms, but starting to show its age. Showers need to be redone.

The hotel was very convenient and very quiet during the evening.
