Very old fashined hotel and room is not big enough compared with other hotel.

몬트리올 시내에서 멀지 않습니다. 실내 작은 수영장 있고, 침구는 좀 눅눅하다고 느꼈지만, 불편할 정도 까지는 아니였습니다. 코인 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 편리하게 이용하였고,1층 방은 반대쪽 문으로 바로 주차장으로 나갈 수 있는점 편리했습니다. 조식은 부페식은 아니고 1인 5가지 종류의 메뉴를 선택해서 먹을 수 있습니다.바로 근처에 위구르 식당은 한번 추천합니다.(한국에서 위구르 음식 먹을 일은 거의 없지 않을까요? 맛있습니다)

Facile d’accès.

Kitchen and breakfast room staff are super friendly. Especially enjoyed thoughtful offer of gluten-free bread.

There was a hidden deposit fee of 100$ which was not mentioned on the hotels.com booking page. Parking was an additional 10$

Great/ value for money! The staff is courteous and attentive starting with Awa , Stephanie & co. at reception. The breakfast area staff starting with Lyne, Melanie & Michel are just outstanding & most helpful. The complimentary breakfast is of quality. The place is super clean worthy of a 4* establishment. The housekeeping/ maintenance staff also very helpful & accommodating caring for our needs to the details, customer total satisfaction! Bravo Marie/ Kettie & Stephan & their team. This is a highly recommended place for family & friends visiting.

I like that there are many restaurants around and very easy to get by.

Le stationnement est facturé à 10.00$ taxe par séjour. Une petite affiche (3 X 5) sur le comptoir lorsque je demande des explications il réponde d une façon condescendante

Check in was good they spoke some English. I was charged exactly what was expected as a deposit but was shocked when told i had to pay a fee for parking on the property which wasn't disclosed on the listing. The property also had a indoor pool which look nice but even thou hours for it wasn't listed it was closed by 9 pm and was told wouldn't open on tues which made my 10 year old upset considering it was the reason why we booked this hotel in the first place. Other then that rooms were clean neighborhood had lots of food option and nearby entertainment.

Dès l'arrivée, on nous a affecté une chambre où il y avait déjà quelqu'un... Notre nouvelle chambre était correcte, mais les prises électriques de la lampe de chambre étaient HS. Le frigo faisait du bruit dans la nuit. Très difficile de dormir. Pour l'accès à la piscine, les chaussons ou le peignoir ne sont pas fournis. Le petit déjeuner est limité et beaucoup de produits industriels. Le personnel est par contre très aimable et réactif.

The pool was great and the staff was very nice. The cleaning in our room was overall good but under the beds had food wraps from past clients and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also paying $10 for parking was quite ordinary. I feel like it should just be included in there price when you check in.
