전체 평가 및 리뷰 Courtyard by Marriott Traverse City

Very nice and spacious room. Amazing and lovely staffs.

워낙 성수기 때 도시에 방문을 해서 숙소 잡기가 힘들었네요. 물론 해안가 근처 lodge나 inn을 갈까했지만 어머니를 모시고 간 여행이었던지라 청결이나 서비스 측면에서 확실한 데를 예약하고 싶었어요. 시내에서 살짝 거리는 있는 편이었지만 어차피 차로 이동하니까 그 정도 거리는 감수할 수 있었습니다. 아침이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠던 거. 그리고 역시나... 성수기여서 가격이 좀 있었네요.

The amount on the quote from hotels.com was $10 lower than what I was charged. The TV system went out Friday night and no communication was given and it was still down Saturday morning. The exercise room is good but they offer clorox wipes to wipe things down. There is no free breakfast.

I like the new room design very much. BTW the mute does not work on the remote.

The girls at the front desk are great at their job! Customer service is their priority!

Darcy made check in a delight. She was so very personable, professional and helpful. When we asked for restaurant recommendations she said was spot on. We enjoyed both she suggested. Of course we needed suggestions on where to get cherry pie. Again we were not disappointed. She was a breath of sunshine. The property was great as well. The outdoor fire pit was a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and quiet place. The pictures posted for this hotel do not do justice. The room was more beautiful in person. We experienced trouble with the television - it would stop streaming after every few minutes. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

My discount couldn’t be applied due to “third party booking” via Expedia. My info wasn’t available upon checkin. I had to give all info again x2. Just a minor inconvenience for time and defeats the point of doing so prior to checking in. Our room is not a suite. It is over charge for the quality of the room.

It was convenient to where we planned to go. The bathroom needs a flat surface of some kind between the shower and the toilet. The "breakfast" offerings were extremely limited and expensive.
