It was good till housekeeping knocked on or door at 9am and woke us up. Check out is at 11

Amazing

Very friendly staff, check-in was quick and easy. Room was very clean, comfortable. Would have been nice to have either a sofa or couch. Also a end table near the bed. Hotel inside, corridors all the places were very clean. The bathroom was very spacious, nice showers. Breakfast could be better.

PROS: *Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, easy to contact, quick responding to requests *Check-in was quick, easy access parking, close entry from parking to room, well lit parking lot *Front desk was lenient on check out time per request (thank you!!) CONS: *The included stop-and-grab breakfast wasn't that fresh and the area needs to be wiped down much more frequently *The room looked like it was in mid-cleaning stage-no sheets, blankets, pillow cases. No towels, wash cloths, or toilet paper. There was still hair in the shower and a very dirty towel hanging on the hook. The carpet needed vacuuming and there were streaks of liquid on the TV screen. *Based on just the room I rented the place needs some minor renovations--repaint the peeling walls in the bathroom, replace the noisy funny sounding air conditioning unit (it was cold tho!), notice & replace things like the broken tissue box. And possibly rearrange the furniture so that there is room to sit at the desk without blocking the isle and touching the bed behind you! This hotel's rate was the highest of all the similar hotels available that night on Hwy 441--honestly, it would only take a bit of repair and maintenance effort, a bit of a more aggressive cleaning policy, and some attention to extra detail to bump the current 3 star rating (3.9 exactly) way up!

Started off a little rocky - mostly disinterested front desk clerk. Room is large but has VERY little clothes storage (if you're staying longer, plan ahead). The hotel seems like it is going through renovations but it's not bad. The bed and the pillows were relatively comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is wonderful :) The staff was very accommodating after check-in - no one seemed to be AT the desk but were always available. There was a weird smell on the first floor in the mornings but it went away by late morning.Overall a good hotel for a great price in a smaller town.

Room wasn’t too bad, definitely had a musty smell that threw off my husband. Didn’t seem like the bathroom was cleaned well.

Amit Patel was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and very nice compared to the dead town near it.

Dirty. Poorly cared for property. We last stayed here approximately 3 years ago and it has surely gone down.

The room was very clean

The check in process was super easy & quick. Room was super clean, warm showers, quiet, peaceful nights. Big TV & nice bathroom and sink. The price was super good, breakfast was okay could be better though. If you need to stay somewhere economical then this your hotel to stay! 😁

Pool was not heated and breakfast selection was very limited. Numerous things around the property were in need of maintenance. Overall just a fair rating.
