Amazing stay with great breakfast, great airport shuttle and many walkable restaurants perfect for pre cruise or post cruise stays. Great proximity to everything needed!

This place is awsome,food,always something new to eat,the entertainment the only thing if they can work on it is the mosquitos. Nothing bad to say about this place 😌 🙌

Nice hotel

I waited on the shuttle for 2 hours. I decided to take a cab to the property as it was late and I was the omly person waiting outside. Checkin went smoothly. The ladies who assist with breakfast were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

The front desk was very unprofessional in apperance. It looked to me that the hotel is, or should be closed for a complete renovation. Everything in our room was clean enough, but some of the things made me feel like I was at a Motel 6. Good location for eating as there are restaurants close by and a bagel place across the street that was excellent, I think it’s called Einstein Bagels. The Holiday Inn Express is about 15 minutes from the airport and15 minute rise to the cruise port. We took a free shuttle from the airport and a $15 shuttle to the cruise port. After the cruise we took a $20 shuttle to the airport. Both shuttles were on time and helpful.

Aarón y Ivanna o Ivanka fueron un par de recepcionistas pesados, ofensivos y discriminadores! Me hospedé por segunda vez ahí porque tuve buena experiencia previa, pero en la segunda vez me dieron una habitación con camas vencidas, que no servía el seguro de la puerta, se escuchaba absolutamente todo! Solicité un cambio pero quería que me mostraran antes y me dieron una habitación casi en el sótano espantosa y viaja con mi hija, en mi poco inglés dije “creepy” y se burlaron de mi porque me dio temor e inseguridad estar ahí y fue la única palabra que encontré para explicarles porque se negaron a hablarme español o tener personal que lo hicieran. Luego me enseñan una segunda que apestaba a humedad (soy alérgica) y me dijeron que yo era la llena de cosas. Incluso les dije que pagaba diferencia si lo necesitaban, pero que quería dormir bien con mi hija y se burlaron nuevamente diciéndome que iban a ver que me daban al día siguiente porque estaban a tope (y no lo estaban porque vi salir muchísimas personas a cruceros). Terminé la tortuosa experiencia ya en una habitación con cama decente y algo de aislante de sonido, pero con una desagradable experiencia y con la seguridad de que NO REGRESO a este hotel!!

Stayed first night before a cruise. Great location but room was absolutely terrible for a Holiday Inn. Was supposed to stay afterwards but the vacation plans changed and this location refused to reimburse or give credit (even with a change of plans/cancelation fee). I even tried to give more than 72hrs notice. I would highly avoid this place.
