Room 202 Shower head and wall needs IMMEDIATE repair... sickening looking at it trying to shower... disgusting

Great property

A very nice find.

The haandicap facilities were excellent! Fine staff.

I loved the fact that this location supplied DOVE hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I will know next time to not have to bring those items. The breakfast was a large assortment of really delicious items to choose from. The staff was always so nice regardless of who I spoke to. I will be staying here again when I visit family.

Hotel is right off of I-70. Good for easy off access. Traffic noise may be a concern if room is on the highway side of hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choices . Pleasant front desk gentleman.

The carpet seems very old and not the cleanest. The bathroom door has 2 very big round plastic pieces from something falling or pulled off of the door so it is tacky. There are no full mirrors so I am assuming that is what had fallen off of the door. The bathroom does not have a handtowel rack and it is across the room by the tub. It too has a big plastic circle covering a spot where the towel rack has fallen or been taken off. Otherwise the entryway and snack machines are nice.

Traveling cross country on I70 and this was a very convenient stop at a trusted hotel provider. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Parking was readily available and close to the room.

The hot tub was filled with concrete “a couple moths ago and was discontinued” was what we were told by the front desk man. He didn’t tell us on check-in that the hot tub isn’t a hot tub anymore… so we all suit up and go down to find a literal hot tub of cement. So I walk to the front desk and the guy say “well here’s the thing….” And starts laughing. Then he says “I can give you a free snack to make up for it” and kept laughing. I attempted to cancel so we could find a different hotel to stay at, he again laughed at me and said it was not his problem and gave us a card for the manager. We don’t complain, we’re very conscious that people need grace these days. The front desk person could not have handled this situation any worse from a customer service perspective. He told us they have known about the incorrect listing for 2-3 months and it’s still up. They are false advertising and made me revise my review before they will approve it for posting. Will not stay here again, do not recommend.

Bed in room 309 on the right side needs to be replaced. Frame and mattress were horrible. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom odor was bad

Older building. Carpet, wallpaper in bathroom, and fixtures very dated. Overall clean. Breakfast good.

We were in town visiting friends and got a hotel room for the night. The check in was pretty easy and the staff were polite .. morning breakfast was good and we had no issues at all.. would definitely use this hotel again

Facility is pretty dirty and falling apart. the bathroom was full of mold.
