The hotel staff were excellent room clean tidy food fantastic only thing I could complain about was havin to pay to park car as all other holiday inns I’ve stayed parking included but overall good stay

Only downside was a problem with the sofa bed, making it very uncomfortable/impossible to sleep on. Staff were very apologetic and helpful and everything else was great so it wouldnt put me off staying again.

Amazing hotel. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely and parking was a great discounted price and plenty of spaces.

We used this as a "break" in the journey up North, so turned up, stayed and carried on driving the next morning, but there were no complaints at all. Food was good next door at the Harvester.

Excellent location for Alton Towers, breakfast was included.

The hotel was too near a dual carriageway so noisy at night. The lift had rubbish in it which was still there in the morning. There was no choice of eggs for breakfast. Finally the cost of the room did not offer value for money.

The room and bed were lovely but the shower lacked pressure and heat

Happy with our stay, except for air conditioner, which just seemed to blow cold air onto the bed.

Room was comfortable in that heating was fully in our control also quiet....finding the hotel was tricky to say the least staff were efficient polite without being intrusive...dining options were very limited made worse when told only enough salad for ONE cesar salad in the kitchen when we ordered two although alternative offered and enjoyed..breakfast was good with options for all so overall a decent stay and would do it again ...just one more time

The beds were especially comfortable and the free breakfast was just what I needed.

Very disappointed with this stay. Noisy, breakfast not very good, coffee machine broken. Lot of rubbish on floor.

The staff were excellent and our stay was good. Unfortunately it was a little bit out of our way.
