오래됐지만 자연친화적이고 청결히 유지되어 있어 가족여행시 아주 좋습니다 굳이 단점을 말하자면 체크인 카운터 직원들이 조금 무뚝뚝합니다 3명 봤는데 3명 모두 무뚝뚝...에어컨 없는거 제외하고 롯지는 아주 만족합니다

We spent a day at Fairmont for a spa experience and it was an amazing experience! Lovely service and amazing facilities!!

Fabulous place. Everyone was super nice. They gave us some extras as we were celebrating our anniversary. Also the lounge entertainment, Jacques Drew, was terrific. Highly recommend.

absolutely beautiful location and facilities. Parking was difficult. Some lots were full and others a goodly walk away.

The view is partial lake view which is visible slightly, otherwise would have given 5star. Apart from that everything was great.

Renovations taking place- so had to work around that! Room was clean and typical Fairmont experience! Main lodge was under renovation so missed the typical lodge experience! Great Jasper getaway!

Meg, Jenny and Joshua were amazingly helpful. I appreciated the texts and their willingness to find us a second floor room. The daily wine and charcuterie tray and snacks was a lovely touch, they made my 50th birthday trip extra special.

Perfect.

The lakefront room was well-appointed with two bathrooms, sitting area, fridge and plenty of dining and relaxing spaces. The outdoor porches on two sides of the room were convenient for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff was exceptionally responsive to every need - without having a hand out for tips. The resort fee covered that. The international staff was interesting. The dining options were priced for an upper-class resort, but delicious. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Great staff, amazing lakeside views but marred by poor housekeeping which did not take out the trash nor vacuum the floor. Primarily Accor / Fairmont management's fault as the summertime premium pricing is not matched by the staffing levels that'd be adequate to ensure proper cleanliness of rooms (as housekeeping hours were very limited) or waiting times for food/drinks at restaurants as shift transitions or weekend demand was mismanaged. Oxford Properties should review Accor's running of this iconic property.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They celebrated us very well and we wish we would have stayed here longer!

Beautiful views! The room in the lodge was nothing special, but it was nice to have a big balcony.
