오래됐지만 자연친화적이고 청결히 유지되어 있어 가족여행시 아주 좋습니다 굳이 단점을 말하자면 체크인 카운터 직원들이 조금 무뚝뚝합니다 3명 봤는데 3명 모두 무뚝뚝...에어컨 없는거 제외하고 롯지는 아주 만족합니다

Beautiful lakes and forest around the hotel great for hiking and to enjoy time outdoors. Staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed a lot the small details I went there with an infant and a dog, and they provide a baby crib and a dog bed for extra comfort

I had an amazing time very relaxing at the pool The pool is the best experience that needs to be had!

The property was beautiful. So clean and the staff were very welcoming.

Unbelievable attention to detail. Staff are incredible! Food was amazing! They have a Caramel Brownie Mousse that is indescribable with words in the English language.

Wait until the renovations are done. Otherwise, beautiful location and hotel.

Great resort, we were spoiled. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were awesome. Stanley’s restaurant served delicious food. The only downside was ongoing construction but that couldn’t be helped. The staff was exceptional.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Not cheap but worth the money. Great view of the night sky from the hotel.

Beautiful property just a lot of construction going on right now.

Very special place. Unique time to visit in the off season (mid April). Our weather was perfect to stroll around the property and town. Also, recovery from the wild fire is an interesting POV where you can see both the damage, resiliance and restoration.

The outdoor heated pool is a highlight in any season.

Despite extensive renovations being underway we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very accommodating and able to elevate our stay regardless of the challenges.

JPL is the most beautiful property, even while under renovation. The staff are so lovely and our updated room on the lake was perfect. Such a cozy and peaceful little getaway. Also enjoyed our breakfast in bed from Stanley’s and all the wildlife on our walks. So looking forward to returning soon!

We have stayed at JPL a number of times a this is the first time we were disappointed. The construction I understand but the cleanliness of the pool and change room were horrible and when I mentioned to the staff they were rude and dismissive. I understand things get busy but we still paid a premium to stay and to have to clean up the shower cause of towel thrown everywhere and hair all over is a little over the top.. then to be told that if it bothered me maybe I could clean it up.. which I had was unexpected.

The property is beautiful but the stay was disappointing. Major renovations were underway yet this was not clearly reflected in the price or booking information. The main lodge was closed and several spa areas were unavailable, which removed much of the on‑site value we paid premium for. Spring conditions left paths muddy and often unusable, so outdoor access felt more like a construction site than a resort. I understand maintenance is necessary, but rates should have been reduced or guests warned up front. Because of closures and mud, I spent far more time off the property than I expected. Not worth full price under these conditions.

Our recent stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was a wonderful experience overall. While the main lobby is currently under construction, the hotel has done a great job relocating check-in, dining, and lounge services to the golf clubhouse, which was well organized and welcoming. Upon arrival, our room was not quite ready, which was a bit of a slow start. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service that followed. Both the concierge team and a manager personally reached out to ensure our stay was nothing short of excellent. Their attentiveness and care made a lasting impression. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, complimentary drinks at the lounge, and thoughtful goodies delivered to our room—all gestures that showed how much they valued our experience. These efforts completely turned things around and made us feel genuinely appreciated. From that point on, our stay was exceptional. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings, making for a memorable getaway. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond—we truly felt cared for and would happily return.
