오래됐지만 자연친화적이고 청결히 유지되어 있어 가족여행시 아주 좋습니다 굳이 단점을 말하자면 체크인 카운터 직원들이 조금 무뚝뚝합니다 3명 봤는데 3명 모두 무뚝뚝...에어컨 없는거 제외하고 롯지는 아주 만족합니다

I don't like the check-in process like job interview. You go to the room, and take a seat. Ask: Checkout? Yes, please. Did you use…..? No. Finally, you can leave now. Canebis anywhere at night I smiled. Deer’ poop everywhere

We love this hotel and have stayed before, but this was our first time traveling with kids. The Expedia listings stated that there was a bedroom/separate area with a pullout in the deluxe rooms, but we found out that there is no bedroom resort so we ended up paying double for a true one-bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice and updated, but there were no curtains of any kind in the living space which was awkward. We had to build a wall of cushions at night so we could sleep in there. The resort is under construction, the lodge wasn’t open and the games room is no longer open, although it’s still listed on the website. That was disappointing for the kids. The rest was great, as always - staff are awesome, they pulled out lots of pool toys for our kids, the skating rink and warming hut were amazing.

Family friendly, excellent customer service. The pool was warm even in minus 26 Celsius.

There wasn’t anything necessarily wrong with my room. Although the management hadn’t taken the steps to update Expedia on the renovations they were having, but I was offered free breakfast, even tho they tried to charge me. The stay was nice. Although I don’t think I will return, I just don’t think it’s worth the money to stay there.

The facilities were perfect and the staff was so friendly and nice.

check in took 1.5 hrs. offered " free" drink for the wait. original check in staff member was good. I had to follow up to see if room was ready, as they never texted. Of course as soon as checked it was magically ready. Lady at check on second follow up in was rude, and gave dirty look when I seen her later that evening. very far from previous Fairmont stays, better service at holiday inn...

A great family day weekend spent enjoying the skating, swimming and golf simulator!

We had been upgraded to a new renovated room or I should say small apartment. We felt like royality. Staff, food ,spa was 110% amazing. The mountain view was an added bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff was great. Always enjoy staying at the Fairmont. It was unfortunate that they ended up closing the spa for the days we were there. That was actually the main point of our trip so a little disappointed at that.

We received an upgrade to a new junior suite. The room was right on the lake with beautiful views of Mount Edith Cavel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing and dinner in Orso was delicious m. Highly recommend the JPL!!

Run down .main lodge closed for renovation . Terrible customer service . Wanted a spa experience . Spa moved . Extremely disappointed

Everything was awesome despite the renovations. Wished could have appreciated it when it was all complete
