Perfect location, near to everywhere especially when you like walking around the downtown area. But I have a bad handling by registration staff (Ms. Y), she was quite rude and not kind for this hospitality work but her colleague Mr. Shad (?) was a very good person. The problem occurred because I had 2 booking orders with a different name (first one with my family name and the second one with my surname). I had told her to check with my surname for a second order and she said she had a nob sound and said can find it. 3 times I tried to explain this matter to her but she always respond with the same answer without even try to type on her computer, luckily Mr. Shad come in and do his job, there was an order with my surname. And he was very kind to apologize to me and wanted to give me a new room as a compliment but she did not even say sorry to her mess. Bad experience.
