테이블 조명에 먼지가 수북하고 냉장고는 고장나있었어요. 컨디셔너는 거의 없어서 사용할 수 없었고 온수 풀은 고장이라 이용할 수 없었고요. 그러나 직원들은 매우 친절했고 요청사항을 바로바로 들어주려고 노력했어요. 방 외관과 인테리어는 멋졌어요!

The hotel is quite rundown and dated. It's noisy from the trains passing by in the back, and parking is a hassle without valet. Honestly, there are many better hotels in the area, so I'd stay somewhere else. It really falls short of the usual Fairmont standards compared to other locations.

We had a great stay at the Fairmont hotel. No complaints.

We had some issues that were resolved by the manager and reception staff in an agreeable manner. We appreciate the rapid response and solution.

This stay was amazing for stampede! The staff were so helpful and the hotel was lovely, however the hot tub was being maintained during our stay so was not in use and the pool was smaller than expected. I just wish the hotel bar stayed open a bit longer

Our room had a view of nothing. The shower had the worst water pressure ever and the rainfall head had so many clogged heads that almost nothing came out. The beds were great though

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Palliser! The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Calgary, making it easy to explore the city’s restaurants, shops, and attractions on foot. The valet parking was convenient and hassle-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with classic elegance and excellent service. A great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient base to experience downtown Calgary. Highly Recommends

Don’t waste your money on this hotel. We stayed in the other Fairmont hotels in Lake Louise and Banff. Much nicer hotels in the Fairmont chain. The Fairmont Palliser is old and rundown. The bathroom was small and rundown. The bathroom vent fan was over 90db and very dirty. The mirror light was broken and the vanity was cracked and black mold around the marble surround. The room door when closed allowed the hallway light to emit through the door edge. No weather stripe to keep the light from entering the room at night.

I’m sad to report that this Fairmont was a real disappointment. The check in process was a huge mess - big waits and I got misinformation about many things regarding our stay. The room itself, which was an “upgraded” room (not exactly sure of the Fairmont’s definition of that ) had a shower, Nespresso coffee maker and TV that did not work properly. We phoned reception as soon as we got into the room and noticed these things, and sadly, the staff seemed very familiar with hearing these particular complaints. We had too “reboot” the nespresso machine before each use (crawl under the furniture to pull out and then replig a big industrial power cord!) and the TV was just a frustrating disaster. There were no channel guides or information about what channel/network is showing which program (you just have to try all 70 channels to find something you like!) and the remote barely responded (what fun in the evening - keep pressing and pressing!). The exterior of desk in our room was damaged, the shower was the old tub shower (not renovated) and the bathtub was slippery so you had to stand on a towel while showering! Finally: This is a small thing but we got a single “welcome” chocolate (in the shape of a tiny cowboy hat) but we were 2 people in the room. So we enjoyed a half small cowboy hat each. This is not at all what Fairmont usually has to offer. I will not be recommending this hotel, nor returning. This property really needs to upgrade itself.

Its a grand old hotel extremely well maintained in the heart of downtown. Short walk to shopping and lots of resturants and bars around.

The lobby was so poorly lit. Because it is a very old hotel, being dark does not help. I feel that when you book thru Expedia, they give you the worst possible room in the hotel. The room they gave us had zero views and the toilet in the bathroom, you can't even fit your legs.

The food and service was wonderful

Beautiful historic space. We enjoyed the special extras for the Stampede.
