레스토랑위주로 운영하고 있어서 인지 직원이 전체적으로 친절하지 않고, 계단만 있어, 진입시 짐 옮기기가 쉽지 않았음. 룸키퍼가 인사도 잘 앓고 불친절했음.

호텔 위치는 아주좋음 서비스및 객실 청결도는 만족함 단지 오래된 호텔이기에 객실은 리모델링이 필요함

위치는 만점. 건물 외관과 로비는 멋있고 내부는 많이 낡았고 청결상태는 보통 내가 묵은 층에 흡연실이 있는 건지 방 안으로 담배 냄새가 새어 들어왔고 환풍이 잘되지 않았다 (창문이 무거워서 열지도 못함) 체크아웃할 때 나는 미니바를 이용 안 했는데 미니바 이용했다고 컨시어지가 말함(황당)

Amazing stay. Fantastic customer service.

The location was perfect and had all the different ways for transportation available for a city . The hotel was stunning. But most of all the concierge Matthew was so incredibly helpful , knowledgeable and just elevated our trip .

The property is under construction and it’s very difficult to get in and out of your room to the main lobby and street There was a fire at 5am and we were evacuated. This was out of the hotel’s control but they handled it terribly. No staff to assist, no direction given. No apologies or compensation offered.

There was a bit of a mix-up with a room service/bar fridge issue—- but we were well compensated for that. And the staff was very helpful. Thank you.

Bathroom too small to use the sink without the door in your way, very uncomfortable, old mattress, towels smell like vinegar, room smelled of rot and feces, adjoining doors transfer fully audible conversations from next door, fire alarm went off 3 times in 4 days leading to much lost sleep and when made to evacuate there was no security at the muster point to keep the zombie crackheads from harassing partially clothed guests, putting people in further danger. All for the low price of $800/night with a generous gold upgrade for a mere $179/night.

Staff are wonderful. The hotel itself is a landmark and the location is perfect for travellers coming in from the UP Express airport train.

Our room was not accessible from the lobby. We had to use the elevators by the subway station which felt like we were off property and not at a beautiful historic hotel. The walls were paper thin, we could hear every single cough, fart and conversation in adjacent rooms and in the hallway all day and night. I’ve wanted to stay here since I was a little girl, and it felt like I was sleeping on a bench in union station. Very disappointing and over priced.

Excellentes explications concernant le metro

The room was very dated, especially the bathroom. Not in a charming historic way, it was as if the bathroom was poorly renovated in the 1980s and not touched since. The sink faucet was too short so it was difficult to wash your hands without constantly touching the sink itself (gross), the toilet looked like the type of toilet you'd find in a shopping mall bathroom with an industrial flushing function, and the water pressure in the shower was quite variable and very low at times.
