레스토랑위주로 운영하고 있어서 인지 직원이 전체적으로 친절하지 않고, 계단만 있어, 진입시 짐 옮기기가 쉽지 않았음. 룸키퍼가 인사도 잘 앓고 불친절했음.

프런트 직원이 매우 친절합니다. 호텔 부대시설에 대해 상세히 알려줘서 좋았어요.

주차도 다른호텔에 해야하고 그름 벨보이도 없어 직접 먼거리를 끌고와아함ㆍ그리고 주차비선지급이라는 말도없어 딱지 끊김

호텔 위치는 아주좋음 서비스및 객실 청결도는 만족함 단지 오래된 호텔이기에 객실은 리모델링이 필요함

위치는 만점. 건물 외관과 로비는 멋있고 내부는 많이 낡았고 청결상태는 보통 내가 묵은 층에 흡연실이 있는 건지 방 안으로 담배 냄새가 새어 들어왔고 환풍이 잘되지 않았다 (창문이 무거워서 열지도 못함) 체크아웃할 때 나는 미니바를 이용 안 했는데 미니바 이용했다고 컨시어지가 말함(황당)

Iconic hotel that delivers to it’s reputation ! The room was spacious and well designed ! The library bar was really nice ! My server was really cool ! I love the way the hotel embraces Toronto history! The only negative part was that check-out process took too much time !! But I will go again without no hesitation !

Excellent location

The pillows are amazing, the beds are creaky. The first room we were in was worse than the second room we were moved to.

Impeccable experience as always. We were absolutely spoiled.

Great location. Hotel rooms a little dated and dark. Staff were all very helpful. Room booked for 2 adults & 2 kids, however housekeeping only left 3 towels & 2 bath robes so had to contact them everyday for extra towels. Would be nice to be told a bit more about the hotel & amenities at check in.

We haven’t stayed at The Royal York Hotel for quite a long time. We were very impressed with the’New Royal York’. Our overall hotel experience exceeded our expectations. We’ll return soon

Our stay was incredible, the Fairmount Royal York did not disappoint. Valet was effortless, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The club lounge was peaceful, the kitchen staff was eager and accommodating. They knew how to properly prepare gluten free food, and were willing to modify recipes. We will be back.
