레스토랑위주로 운영하고 있어서 인지 직원이 전체적으로 친절하지 않고, 계단만 있어, 진입시 짐 옮기기가 쉽지 않았음. 룸키퍼가 인사도 잘 앓고 불친절했음.

호텔 위치는 아주좋음 서비스및 객실 청결도는 만족함 단지 오래된 호텔이기에 객실은 리모델링이 필요함

위치는 만점. 건물 외관과 로비는 멋있고 내부는 많이 낡았고 청결상태는 보통 내가 묵은 층에 흡연실이 있는 건지 방 안으로 담배 냄새가 새어 들어왔고 환풍이 잘되지 않았다 (창문이 무거워서 열지도 못함) 체크아웃할 때 나는 미니바를 이용 안 했는데 미니바 이용했다고 컨시어지가 말함(황당)

The staff were all remarkable. From the moment I walked up to the doors, it was a pleasant experience.

Clean room, and we enjoyed the lobby bar.

The rooms feel comfortable and lush. The in suite dining experience is the best by far, from the moment the call is recieved to the drop off - great attention to details and service experience. Oh, the house keeping staff is just the most friendliest going out of their way to ensure my stay was great.

Clean room, excellent distance from Union Station (across the street) and Scotiabank Arena. The breakfast menu is expensive, but to be expected.

The room we had this time was a nice size, but close to the elevators which we could hear running most of the night (the actual mechanics of the elevators), however I have also stayed in a smaller room before that was slightly less comfortable, so I think it just depends where you are on the floor. Regardless, the service was great, ind love the hotel, amazing upgraded gym, and super comfortable beds.
