레스토랑위주로 운영하고 있어서 인지 직원이 전체적으로 친절하지 않고, 계단만 있어, 진입시 짐 옮기기가 쉽지 않았음. 룸키퍼가 인사도 잘 앓고 불친절했음.

호텔 위치는 아주좋음 서비스및 객실 청결도는 만족함 단지 오래된 호텔이기에 객실은 리모델링이 필요함

위치는 만점. 건물 외관과 로비는 멋있고 내부는 많이 낡았고 청결상태는 보통 내가 묵은 층에 흡연실이 있는 건지 방 안으로 담배 냄새가 새어 들어왔고 환풍이 잘되지 않았다 (창문이 무거워서 열지도 못함) 체크아웃할 때 나는 미니바를 이용 안 했는데 미니바 이용했다고 컨시어지가 말함(황당)

The Hotel is a very traditional & stylish hotel which is very well located for bars , restaurants & shops . The staff are all very friendly & very helpful . The concierge staff were extremely helpful & Jason in the Library bar was particularly brilliant .

Amazing from the time we walked into the hotel until we checked out. Clean friendly amazing meals and drinks. A must visit in Toronto.

Very pricey for one night. Rooms contained double beds, not queen sized. Very surprised for a Fairmont property. Beds were uncomfortable.

Beautiful old hotel

We have always loved the Royal York, it is my favorite place to stay in Toronto, we only get 7-10 nights in the city per year, and that’s where we want to be.

It was such an exceptional experience from the staff to the room to the food. Great location. Gorgeous hotel!

Excellent for our one night in Toronto, fanciest hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Check in is very slow. Staff not managing line ups to check in, resulting in confusion and prolong waiting at front desk. They should rope off unwanted line up zones so next in line is fair. Having to go at the end of a long line up after waiting in the line up that gets you nowhere really ruins the experience. The staff is good and hotel is great.

Great location for airport and downtown!

many shops nearby, good internet. We needed maintenance person for issue. He showed up at our room and quickly dealt with the issue. He was also plesant and friendly.
