Muy buen hotel, solo le falta un poco más de limpieza y seguridad y control de las personas que entran y salen

Personal muy amable,nos gusto la habitación excelente ubicación,muy cerca de todos los lugares que queríamos visitar,sin duda volveremos cuando vayamos a Morelia

Lo único que no me gustó es que intente solicitar alimentos en dos ocasiones con cargo a la habitación y a pesar de que tomaron mi orden nunca me llegó mi comida .

Lo bueno: para mi la ubicación fue excelente llegaba caminando al centro de convenciones que esta al frente , la habitación comoda , el bufet bien estuve 3 noches y 4 dias es variado y no te aburres de siempre lo mismo Lo malo : habia moho negro en la tina, tapete y algunos accesorios del baño La comida a la carta en algunos platillos son desproporcionados en la relación calidad precio

Es miy cómodo muy limpio y bonito, la ubicación es muy práctica también 🌸

The hotel was nice, and the pool view from our room was a great touch. Still, a few things fell short. Check-in felt rushed and not very welcoming. I didn’t receive the wine or room upgrade that comes with my Expedia Gold status. The shower had great water pressure, but the drain was slow and caused water to pool. After a long travel day, I didn’t feel up to asking for the missing perks, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.
