Rooms are uncommonly large, and the very high ceilings make it easy to relax and not feel caged in. Soundproofing from outside noise as well as from room to room is fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ballarat's true gem, you have to check it out.

One of the absolute best places to stay in Ballarat. Location, rooms, amenities, pool, etc., are a cut above. A walking track behind the motel and close proximity to Woowookarrung Regional Park makes Main Lead a must-stay. The prices are cheap and don't indicate just how good this place is. 5 stars.

When you book a double room you expect to get a queen bed. Not so; Charged an extra $ 20 for a queen bed. Advertised with heated pool and spa. No spa. Pool was too cold to swim in. Room was dirty. Cobwebs in corners. Mould in bathroom. Split system onlyHad kettle and toaster but no crockery or cutlery. Had to ring up to check in. Reception always closed. A massive rip off for the money paid. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointing.
