Excelente

Unfortunately I could smell the how damp the property is immediately upon entering the lobby. It then became worse once I went into the room. The bathroom was worst of all and smelled like an old wet sponge. The sheets felt damp due to the moisture. I recommend dehumidifiers through the building. I feel bad about this review, because the staff was super friendly, but they need to do something.

We needed a pet friendly hotel and used the pet friendly option in the filter only to find out when we were attempting to check in that they did not allow pets, so we had to find another hotel and lost our money as well.

bathtub was extremely slippery, I fell out of the tub, reaching for a towel, it seems to slope to the center,, also happened to my sister's husband, in room 410,, we were in room 402.

Staff was awesome from check in to check out rooms were nice size and clean breakfast was decent no complaints here we will be back!!

Wonderful receptionist who was very kind and helpful! Made check in process quick and easy!

Noisy site with no drapes in room to stop street lights coming in the room at night.

Convenient off the highway, breakfast was ok. The juice machine was broken but they did have a gallon of apple juice.

Upon arrival, convenient parking was limited. Arrived around 1630 on a Saturday, the hotel was being power washed and water hoses and very large puddles of water were blocking the main entrance, as well as worker vehicles, leaving multiple fall hazards and inability to drive under the front awning at the front door. Check in was easy, worker was friendly, however there was a $100 hold not listed in the booking information, and it's been 3 days and it's still held. Room smelled of musk and sweat, bathroom was dirty with hair and debris in tub and sink, corners of floor too. Sheets had stains and hair, the headboard had some kind of greasy smudge. Despite being not packed was placed in a room by the interstate, constant traffic noise that was VERY loud. Was on the 4th floor yet someone in the parking lot was yelling for over an hour at midnight. I've stayed across the street and had no noise issues. I stayed here because the reviews were great, however i don't believe all those 10/10s are true, or maybe I just caught them on a bad day. It is conveniently located, and cost was less, but those were the only good parts, oh and the waffles at breakfast. Luckily I was only there a handful of hours, was needing a few hours of sleep to get back on the road, but sleep evaded me because of all the issues listed. Wasn't able to add pictures but I have them if Hotels.com wants them.

The room was very comfortable, but we found the tv nearly impossible to use. Could only get one channel on the tv. The breakfast was amazing for a "free" breakfast. No OJ, but otherwise wonderful and varied choices.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be more varied.

Priced right good location free breakfast was actually good .... tip her if you stay
