수영장은 사진과 같았으나 방 내부는 사진빨입니다. 호텔 건물 자체가 많이 노후 된 것 같아요. 오래 사용하지 않았는지 꿉꿉한 냄새도 조금 나구요. 다만, 가격대비 소소한 만족은 했습니다. 4성급인데 이정도 가격은 못구해서요.

전반적인 시설 및 조식 만족스러웠습니다.

와이파이만 빼면 모든 부분에서 만족할 만 합니다. 머큐리 호텔의 명성에 걸맞지 않는 와이파이 속도 및 연결 불안정에 강한 불만을 표시합니다.

추천하지 않습니다. 동료 1명이 호텔로비에서 가방을 도둑맞았는데, 호텔에서 확인해 준 것은 아무것도 없었습니다.

직원 친절하고, 방도 넓고 좋았습니다. 수영장은 수영할 만큼 큰 수준은 아니고, 목욕탕 스파 정도로 크지는 않습니다

다른건 다 좋은데 wifi 신호의 세기가 방마다 약한게 흡입니다.

침구가 굉장히 편하고 좋습니다. 객실 면적도 아주 넓습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 큰 상가가 있는점도 좋네요

It's good for the business trip

파리시내와 멀고 베르사이유와는 차로 15분 정도의 거리임. 외진 느낌,아침식사 별로.

옆방에서 밤새 음악을 틀고 작은 말소리까지 다 들리고...프론트에 항의했지만 해결되지 않아 힘들었어요. 나머지 서비스는 적절했고 바로 앞에 대형 마트와 음식점들이 많아 좋았지만 잠을 설쳐서...

L’état de propriété à revoir Trop bruyant mal isolé

Everything was good except the carpet is filthy.

Personnel adorable et très compétent. Personnel de réception au top (gênés par un groupe de touristes bruyants, le problème a été pris en charge et réglé très vite par le personnel). Même lorsque le restaurant est fermé, il est possible de dîner au bar et les plats sont très bons, le service impeccable. Environnement calme et très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons probablement.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. We loved the optional breakfast, great choices to eat.

Good location for a stop off but the walls or adjoining doors let in an awful amount of noise from next door guests - so if you’re sensitive to that, may be worth considering a different hotel.

Pour une première fois a Velizy c'etait bien

From check in the experience was exceptionally poor. Had to wait 55 mins to check in as the member of staff was dealing with the family before me and taking forever. Then at check-in, gave my booking number and was ready to pay the fee confirmed with Expedia but staff member advised I had to pay an extra €60 per night of stay = €360. Told staff member this was not mentioned when booking the hotel and I did not have and extra €360. The staff member was ready to leave myself and 3 children on the road with nowhere to sleep as we disnt jave the extra money. After 1 hour negotiations we were allowed to check in. 3 kids were in tears as we had just landed and they were scared we didnt have anywhere to go. The room smelled constantly of urine, especially bathroom. Bath did not drain. Towels were dirty. Pool area was dirty, broken furniture in the very small, dirty outside area. Very limited menu in restaurant that smelt like sewage. Will never stay there again.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast food was great with plenty of choice, the location of the hotel was fantastic as it was nearby public transport for access. Worth the price 👌
