Good base location. Pretty hotel lobby. Best part was the private beach. Nice little beach, with water pedal bikes you can borrow. Saw sea turtles and cool fish while on the bikes. the only complaint is that more chairs/umbrellas should be made available, even if for sale, we could never find any. Our room phone did not work and was never fixed and there was a weird fishy smell on our side of the hotel (it was not us lol), had to keep the windows open to air it out.

it was okay. got there at 5pm and shortly after all the outside restaurants closed, which was a bummer. we ate inside and the food took a while but its okay bc we were on island time. i did find a bone on my cheese flatbread. not sure what happened there. overall room was average. nice location downtown

Everything was great!

I checked out in the first few hours and although I was told I would only be charged for one night, I was charged for all the days I was gone and even resort fees for the unused days. The resort will not respond to multiple requests from Expedia still regarding the extra days charges.

The hotel was wonderful from staff, cleaning crew, bartenders and maintenance team. Best stay ever!!!

Breakfast was ok, I had a very disappointing experience. When I got into bed, I noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets along with yellow stains as well. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging guests for a clean and comfortable stay.

Our trip was amazing and the property was beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The only issue we experienced was that wash cloths were not consistently replaced during housekeeping. We had to request them multiple times throughout our stay, although they were always delivered to our room quickly once requested. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and easy access to shops, dining and attractions. We enjoyed the private beach and pools with towel service and great views of cruise ships arriving/departing daily. They also have karaoke night on Wednesdays and a live jazz band on Thursdays. Had a wonderful stay!

I was disappointed about how much they charge everyday for food, towels, drinks, etc. The food was terrible.

Good location

Definitely a hidden gem. Views are immaculate. Lots of amenities. You literally don't have to leave the resort if you choose not to, but if you do. you're close to downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping choices. We will definitely visit again.

Property was excellent as well as the friendly staff. I wish they had another restaurant for a full dinner. We did go to the noodle bar but would be nice to have another option. However I will stay again and would recommend this property as a 10.

O the first day of my conference the elevators stopped. The stress and long walks exacerbated the asthma. Otherwise we had a liovely stay
