Only stayed one night. it was clean and the breakfast selection was great!

I paid for a King Bed room and was not allowed what I paid for. Instead, I was given two queen beds and the first bed had blood on the sheets. I took pictures. Hilton Honors said there was nothing they could do because it was a third party booking. A third party didn't leave nasty bloody sheets on that bed. Beyond disgusted!

The guy working the desk in the evening really doesn't like his job. His behavior is petty. Needs to recognize the importance of hospitality. Diamond Member

Was surprised not to see recycle waste bin in room. But happy to see one by the exit door. Means you have to carry your recycle down when you’re leaving with other bags. Additionally, it’s time to get different charging stations to accommodate the C chargers.

The lobby, hallway, elevators and rooms are dark and shabby. The towels are thin and worn out. There were holes in the blanket on my bed. An old bottle cap was on the floor in my bedroom when I checked in.

A bit rundown Workout facility was two star while on a treadmill. It suddenly stopped from a power surge. Staff was great great location.

This is not the best Hampton Inn location. Room smelled a little bit and design is very simple. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Very clean and convenient location. Breakfast was disappointing as they ran out of scrambled eggs. When asked said they would be out in 1 minute. Took more like 15. More honest answer would have been appreciated. Breakfast below par from what we usually experience at. Hampton inn. Just stayed in another earlier in the week in Lady Lakes FL. Great hotel with clean rooms, also the breakfast was outstanding

They property managers were so nice and accommodating the hotel was spotless and the rooms were nice and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. and the breakfast that was served was really fresh and a nice variety. I plan on staying at this property several times this is my only place to go in Naples and it was very reasonable in price.
