Easy and helpful

The front desk guy was pleasant. No proper toiletries, moldy smell, condensation made wet floors, for a family of 3 only 1 towel in room and not enough soup in dispenser

Front desk clerks were not friendly at all, didn’t listen and made us feel unwelcome to be there

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was filthy, Hair in the shower, urine on the bathroom floor. The other room was dirty but not as bad. Overall just a nasty motel. Would never stay here again.

Parking was only at the back only at the back of the hotel, the security door for entry was broken so we didn’t feel comfortable especially with little kids, water at the entry way as soon as you enter the building, key card kept going out, Shower wasn't draining, wasn't offered to move to another room until I asked, no maintenance was available until the next day or emergency assistance, breakfast wasn't so great, the lady looked like she was so annoyed. The beds weren't comfortable, the carpets in the hallway was outdated & stunk. the rooms felt dated & dirty. The walls in the room also looked like there was pee stains

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!

Only problem was the tv cable wasn’t working and we weren’t offered a discount of any kind.

This place is absolutely terrible. There is mold in the rooms. The molding is coming up in several spots with rotting wood and black mold. There was a dirty towel left in the shower. We didn't even stay. We ended up leaving. There is an indoor pool, but chemicals were left by the pool. The pool was cloudy, and the door was off the hinges. Not a safe place for our kids to play.

Pictures don't do the property justice. They are in the middle of an remodle/update so yea i bet that modern room looks good but thats the only thing. The pool was "open" no filter/jets and ice cold. You couldnt use the patio cause of a broken door off the hindges that looked as if its been that way for a minute. The gym equipment was trash. They were missing dumbbells, the bench was broken, and the track on the treadmill was so lose every step it would briefly stop. My room had recenty underwent some maintenance but they never cleaned all the sheetrock dust out/up in the bathroom and the "fart box" still didnt work. When i mentioned that i could tell there had recently been maintenance and could i have a mid day clean like they said they changed operations at the facility to better suit customers. It never happened. Not the friendliest staff either. Smile a little and dont look so put out to do your job.

The room had dead roaches on the floor; there was mold in several places. When I complained at the front desk, I was told the cleaning staff had gone for the night, then i was given a broom and dust pan and instructed to sweep the dead roaches and leave the in the dust pan outside the bedroom. I was not offered another room and had to stay in that room due to my husband having recently having surgery and no other rooms being available on the first floor. I have pics of the dead roaches as well as the mold but it wont allow me to post them.

Elevator did not work. Back door to hotel did not lock. People hanging out in the parking lot, riding 4 wheelers and Atvs in the parking lot. Hotel was dirty everywhere and stunk very bad.

I love the pool.

It wasn't terrible, I had read a lot of Google reviews not rating this location very high. For the value, it was clean and comfortable. The property does need a facelift, it is old but overall I would return.It had a nice breakfast spread and variety.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had no issues during our stay and all of the staff we interacted with was very friendly.

Room was very old and dirty. They didn’t even change the sheets and pillow cases. Very very dirty. Bathroom was so old ceiling was peeling and floor was very dirty the whole room smelled damp.

Trashy

First I would love to know where this “water park” is at because it’s not on or in eyes view of the property. The pictures of the hotel are probably from over 20 years ago because rundown is a compliment to what that hotel looked like. It smelled moldy, my room was dirty urine and pubic hair on and around the toilet. Urine with tissue in toilet still. Floors were sticky had not been swept or mopped. They take a $100 deposit on top of charging over $100 to stay in what shouldn’t be $50 a night. I slept in all my clothes on the sofa because I didn’t trust the bed or tub. Went to a truck stop to shower the next day it was that bad.
