저는 출장으로 며칠 동안 이 호텔에 묵었는데 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 깨끗했고, 침대는 편안했으며, 객실 청소는 매일 꼼꼼하게 해주셨습니다. 조식은 다양한 메뉴가 제공되었고, 직원들은 친절하고 세심한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 위치도 편리해서 근처 식당과 비즈니스 지구에 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 훌륭한 서비스에 감사드리며 다음 출장에도 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

직원분들은 친절하셨습니다. 다만 플라스틱 샤워 커튼에서 냄새가 나서 교체해야 할 것 같습니다.

합리적인 가격, MTR 역, 공원, HKCEC, 도보 거리 등 도보 거리... 매우 편리함

The room is quite spacious and clean. The location is also about 7-8min walk from either Wan Chai station or Exhibition Centre Station. Take exit A5 from Wan Chai and walk along the overhead bridge to the end, take the lift down and walk through the immigration and revenues towers. Most food options are across the road on the other side of Wan Chai. However, the doors/walks are quite thin and we can hear when guests walk along the corridor.

Lokasinya strategis. Jalan kaki ke MTR hanya 300meter. Depan hotel ada halte bus. View dari kamar juga menyenangkan.

Hotel yang nyaman hanya saja jauh dari pusat keramaian.

Beautiful view from room, We have talest floor. Location is also good. Surely will comeback here.

Very good breakfast and located quite far must walk 20 minute from tram or mtr. But no shower jet in toilet and no bidet, so difficult if need to wash. Usually 4 star Asia hotel they have

The hospitality given was great! I visited this hotel during fasting month for training related to work. During lunch time, the meal was provided but since I fasted, I asked the manager to pack for me for Iftar and he did despite explaining usually when they served buffet they don't actually do packing. Thank you for that, really appreciate it. The only comments for improvement is that, please standby Muslim prayer mat, so that when asked by your future customer, you could provide it to them. Also, it wpuld be an invaluable asset to have your personnel learn a good English as well as this will help them to communicate with your customers.

No hospitality ☹️ and when I stay here, they clean up my bed only. Not at all

Baik dan nyaman tempatnya, pelayanannya juga ramah.

It was ok, the room was decent too, little bit small but, it was nice. I didn’t stay much in the room but, I wasn’t complaint at all. The staff was friendly enough in serving all guests.

위치가 완벽했습니다. 완차이 MTR 역에서 도보 10분, A21 버스 정류장 6번에서 도보 5분 거리였습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 매우 친절했습니다. 조식 뷔페도 만족스러웠고, 객실에서 보이는 전망도 훌륭했습니다.

All in all, the experience was good, and staff was friendly. But when I asked the reception to print out some documents the reception charged me almost 1 USD per copy. They told me the price upfront, so I was "warned". But let's face it, when you are there without a printer you have no real other options. Such a price is outrageous and it gives the customer the feeling that he is being taken advantage of.
