위치와 숙박시설은 좋고 (건조기 세탁기 냉장고) 요리가능해서 좋았습니다. 청결은 쏘쏘 공사를 한다는 사전공지가 없었는데 머무는 기간내내 오전 9시부터 1시까지 옆방 공사소리에 너무 시끄러웠고 문의해봤지만 방이 없다고, 너네가 늦게 자는거 아니냐고, 원한다면 환불해주겠다라고 해서 흠...

Very good view of the bridge and the river.

It was impossible to sleep well in the main bedroom. The blind needed for the patio doors out to the balcolny had been ripped off. Every morning we were woken to the blinding sunlight streaming in. We discovered on the first night it was because the aircon was broken. It dripped when we turned it on - it's why the blind had been taken down. So it was also boiling hot with the sun streaming in all day from sunrise. In particular, we were disappointed that as soon as the Easter holiday ended someone came up to attend to it first thing. Which means they already knew there was a problem before we arrived, and still gave us the apartment anyway. We could have been re-assigned, and if not, at least informed or offered a discount.

This is the worst accommodation experience we have ever had.

Check in experience was poor. Demanded a bond which was a surprise. Room was dated and not worth the money. Pool was excellent though. A bit disappointed for the price.

Lovely welcome on arrival Our Apartment was spacious comfortable and clean View across City is truly amazing Dining shops grocery nearby Just lovely walking around the area of Kangaroo Point Really nice Pool Spa Gym, Transport is nearby bus and ferry Parking is undercover at cost Absolutely loved our stay here Would totally recommend

At first we where in a studio next to Storey Bridge ask management for a move due to noise from Bridge . Then was give an apartment over looking river. excellent.

Bridgewater is well located with restaurants close by. The CBD is also walkable distance. The outside of the building plus the lifts and common areas ( hallways/ lobby) were 4 star standard and very clean, however, the unit I booked desperately needs renovation and I would only rate it 3 stars. While the unit was spacious with comfortable furnishings the carpet needs replacing as do the kitchen cabinets and cupboards throughout. The windows were dirty although this may have been due to TC Alfred affecting the cleaning schedule.

Great location, roomy apartment. Disappointed to have to pay extra for parking- should just be included in the nightly rate.

Awesome sized apartment with onsite parking. We attended a concert at the Riverstage and it was walkable from the accommodation via the new pedestrian bridge.

Would love to stay here again. The view from the apartment was amazing n beautiful, all facilities you need, gym, pool, sauna n the surrounding area where you can choose wherever u like to dine in, n the people.

Most relaxing & good meals at the local.

Pool is amazing. Staff went above and beyond for check in and our room had a absolutely amazing view. We will tell all our friends heading to Brisbane

Very disappointing stay and experience. Run down building with lots maintenance needed and terrible communication from off site management.

The room was totally refurbished, it had a fantastic view. We could still smell the new carpet, the kitchen was equipped and washer and dryer for clothes. The room was quiet amd the pool awesome to swim in. The staff accommodated us with complimentry parking. Close to the river and catching the city cat. I would definitely stay here again in Kangaroo point and at this accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay coming from Sydney family lives in Brisbane enhoyed our 8 nights stay with children will be back !

It is a wonderful apartment to stay at. Everything was excellent. Thank you to all the staff that we interacted with.

Had a pub next door and other food place was good for my short stay
